Trip as overall was good as all arrangements were good. Food in desert safari was not good. Dhow cruise activity was good but food quality was not good. Hotel quality was good as room quality, breakfa (Read More)st, facilities was good but the service was not good as rooms were not cleaned timely. Poor service for cleaning as inform several times but delay in cleaning and not cleaning on time. so accordingly hotel may be informed to improve the same. regards

Horrible experience by choosing "White Nights" having trust on their words and commitment. Since day 1 of our package we were facing troubles in their services (they sent wrong conveyance vehicle) (Read More)followed by mismanagement in our hotel booking @ Kausani. I think we have suffered enough for entire tour only due to our selection of "White Nights" as our service provider. There were only FOUR tasks which were to be executed by them as under: 1. Book Hotel rooms @ Binsar Eco Resort (Almora) - no exercise was to be done from their side (as we have already done the extensive research work) 2. Book Hotel rooms @ Nature's Valley Resort (Kausani) - no exercise was to be done from their side but you failed to do so. 3. Book Hotel rooms @ Hotel Royale Rosattee (Bhimtal) - no exercise was to be done from their side (as we have already done the extensive research work) 4. Book Tempo Traveler as per commitment - they tricked and sent wrong vehicle - failed to manage vehicle afterwards also (Resulted in 1. wastage of our valuable 6+ hours on Delhi Footpath, 2. we have to bear additional charge of 11,000/- of our arranged tempo traveler, 3. non availing of dinner on date 27/05/2018 at Binsar Eco Resort 4. overnight harassment of traveling in hilly area. They need to realize the situation and justify level of their quality of service by themselves. They failed to articulate any response, and transfer my remaining reimbursement amount more than 20,000 (as per their commitment) into my account. Still waiting for it !!!!

The itinerary was changed on the day before leaving for the trip The hotel at Switzerland was below standard. The tour bus had no WiFi. Tour guide/manager was excellent.

We went Bali and as per package they provided, they didn't do that even they will send on mail but after you deposit whole amount they will execuse for services.

Mam , your husband mr Deepak already have put reviews , which is not relevant . It was just a matter of INR 750 no company give wine in the package as we have given and ready to pay 750 rs which takes (Read More) 15 days but deepak ji's behavior was very rude after the trip . We have your feedback form and video from your vendor regarding your best trip. Please dont put fake reviews as its not good for our company's reputation , we ll refund you 750 rs .

i have repeatly talling them for mail me visa details before our journy but they send me the visa details on dt 22 march at that day we have already begin our journey i was in the train at that time (Read More) in evening we have reach delhi even alot of argument at 23 march night at arround 10 pm they gave me ok to board i have told repeatly for visa i have alot of prove about seight seen they have direct me for seight seen first then checkout at lunch time they have not give us bruj khaliffa ticket again i am saying as per our eitnery the company should have provide buffet lunch/dinner but food was as southindian thali i have photo also first thing the company should have to check all the doccument then provide the document to the customer company is irriresponsible so company should have to pay all the refund .

We have seen your complete case and this is to inform you that we had given you 15 Visas 3 days before the departure date as provided by Embassy and asked you to check visas properly if there is any m (Read More)istake by them kindly update us by same day. But you dint revert any problem regarding visa. We gave you assistance at 3 am , 5 am till 11 pm also by replying on whats app and calls with our best possible efforts. As per our vendor's statement , you had lunch in best and expensive restaurants "KAMAT and MAHARAJA BHOG" and all sightseeing are taken by you on time . Burj Khalifa tour missed by you because of leaving the hotel without check out which was even advised you earlier to do on time . We have all pictures and videos of your complete trip and for those 2 persons we have refunded you valid amount as well in 7 days only. Our post sale team will contact you for better clarification and assistance soon.
