Great place.. bang on main road and professional staff
Excellent service
I've been using Travel Solutions for my corporate travel needs over the past years, and I can confidently say their team stands out in an industry full of hit-or-miss experiences. The team is incredib (Read More)ly efficient and laser-focused on working effectively, always collaborating seamlessly with clients like me to ensure everything runs smoothly. They prioritize getting work done on time without any flaws—bookings are confirmed promptly, itineraries are customized to perfection, and disruptions are handled proactively before they even become issues.
What truly sets them apart is their no-excuses approach. Even when things occasionally go awry (like a last-minute flight cancellation due to weather), they skip the blame game entirely and jump straight into rectification mode—rebooking alternatives in minutes and keeping me updated every step of the way. It's refreshing to see a company whose clear aim is to build a strong, reliable service provider that travelers can truly depend on, rather than just chasing short-term profits. If you're tired of generic travel agencies, Travel Solutions delivers the real deal: dependable, thoughtful support that makes business trips feel effortless. Highly recommend!
I find them to be highly customer centric and responsive. Most of their team members will go out of the way to address your unique requirements.
