Trip to Bali
We had booked our 4N 5D Dubai trip via True Blue Travel in September last week.Ms Anu Khanna helped us with the best package and itinerary.Well planned and executed everything on time.Will be booking more trips with them.
Transportation was little crowded on the day of Abu Dhabi city tour.
We had a wonderful trip to Singapore, all thanks to True Blue Travel for their excellent planning and smooth execution. The entire journey was well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable.
A special me (Read More)ntion to Rinky Madam and Heena Madam for their constant support and assistance throughout the trip. They were always approachable, responsive, and ensured that everything went perfectly.
Overall, it was a memorable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!
We used this travel agency for a 7‑day trip to Hong Kong and Macau. While basic arrangements were completed (largely based on our own guidance), the overall experience was poor due to lack of ownershi (Read More)p and coordination. The PAR form was mishandled, and despite repeated follow‑ups and false assurances that this would not pose an issue, corrections were not made in time. This forced us into a last‑minute change at the airport just before departure, which was extremely stressful. During the trip, the agency took little to no accountability, repeatedly asking us to coordinate directly with local agents. Although we had informed them in advance that we would purchase a local SIM immediately on arrival, this was not factored into transportation planning. While we were purchasing the SIM at the airport, we were repeatedly interrupted with calls warning of no support if drivers were missed, reflecting poor planning and weak coordination with the local team. We had requested a visit to a local market even before travelling and were told to arrange it locally, as the agents were supposedly informed. In Hong Kong, the local agents refused without additional payment, and when we escalated this to the travel agency, no support was provided. Instead, a 47‑minute walk through empty roads at night was suggested, raising serious security concerns. Overall, the engagement was poorly managed. Junior staff handled critical travel arrangements without adequate experience or escalation support, and assistance during the trip was minimal.
Given these repeated issues, I would not recommend this agency for international travel.
We recently went on a 5 nights 6 days trip organised by True Blue Travel with Rinki Ma’am, and it was honestly such a smooth and amazing experience! Everything — from our hotel stays to cabs and ticke (Read More)ts — was already perfectly booked, so we didn’t have to stress about anything. The whole trip felt super convenient and well-planned. They kept checking in with us daily, asking how our day was and if we needed anything, which felt really caring and professional. We truly had soooo much fun throughout the trip! ? Highly recommend them for their great service and constant support!

I booked my honeymoon trip to Vietnam for 6 nights n 7 days which includes phu- Quoc, Hanoi and a lovely halong bay cruise ? ?
