Honestly it was my second trip. Parul was helpfull. Food was great and delicious.

nothing and beware, i had absolutely bad experience with them
BEWARE- they took advance and not returning money back. I have booked my travel through them (from delhi to manali), sent an advance of 10000rs and they are not responding properly, talking rudely. I have cancelled my plan through their company as i had bad experience dealing with them. If you want to go through the same then go ahead otherwise buyer beware, you will be talked to nicely initially, (Read More) moment you send money, their response will change. I am trying to get my money back. They keep ignoring your calls and you will end up losing any advance given.

It was my best decision to book with travelocat. Lakshika sharmawas always available whenever the support was required. Hotel mountain apple inn and ashu (manager) was highly corporative. Best food and best view of manali. Will call you guys for next trip soon

Day wise planned was well followed. Driver was smoking outside vehicle so i was not comfortable when he was returning. Rohan was very helpfull. Thank you mr negi for room upgrade in shimla.

In Delhi I waited for 1 hour after arrival and driver was making excuse that he got stuck in traffic. After pick up trip was nice. Hotel in Delhi was okay okay but food was best

Hassle free trip. Well coordination between driver and team. Only issue I travelled for 12Hours to reach delhi they could have offered me chandigarh flights.last year trip was so-so only. But this time overall five star.

Hassle free trip. I was having issue with hotel which was resolved after the complaint. Gurwinder and lakhwinder were higly supportive. Mamta should be more polite
