Don’t waste your money !!! Very disappointing experience with Travel Unlimited. Please be extremely careful and verify every detail of your visa application before it is submitted. I approached them (Read More)for my Switzerland Schengen visa for a planned Italy–Switzerland–Norway trip. I had clearly requested a single-entry visa, and this was also mentioned in the dummy form I was asked to fill out. However, while preparing the actual application, the agent submitted it as a long-term multiple-entry visa without asking for my consent or confirming the change with me. I discovered this only when I received the documents shortly before my appointment. When I questioned him, I was told it was done so I could travel to Europe multiple times in the future. I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded. My visa was subsequently refused. To be absolutely clear, I am not blaming the agency for the embassy’s decision—no agent can guarantee a visa. My issue is the handling of my application and the fact that an important instruction I had clearly given was changed without my knowledge or approval. I therefore requested a refund of the agency’s consultation/service fee, not genuine third-party expenses such as insurance or other non-refundable charges. Instead of taking responsibility for the service provided, I was told there would be no refund and that, as a previous client, I could simply receive a discount next time. For me, this is not about a future discount; it is about accountability and trust. If an agency does not follow a client’s explicit instruction and then refuses to take responsibility when the issue is raised, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with another visa application. I have screenshots documenting the instructions and communication. Sharing this review so others can make an informed decision: do not assume everything is being submitted exactly as you requested—check every single detail yourself before submission. I had a great experience with them during my previous trip—everything was well managed and the support was excellent. That’s why I chose to rely on them again. However, this time the experience has b (Read More)een completely disappointing. After initial communication, Rajan sir stopped responding entirely, and there has been no proper follow-up or support from the team either. It was unexpected and frustrating, especially since I trusted them based on my earlier experience. Unfortunately, this lack of communication and accountability made the whole process stressful. I hope they improve their responsiveness and customer handling in the future.
