⭐ *DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVEL EMPIRE* ⭐
We booked our Bali trip with *Travel Empire* in March and paid the full amount including *TCS*.
The experience was a nightmare:
1. *Back-end manipulation*: They changed our trip arrangements from their end as per their convenience, without informing us.
2. *Abandoned in a foreign land*: In Bali, their local team abandoned us and we had to deal with ev (Read More)erything on our own. Despite their poor management, we somehow completed the trip, but it was extremely stressful.
3. They collected TCS for the international booking, but till date it is *NOT reflecting in our ITR*. When we asked, their team gave silly excuses like "TAN number misplaced" or "unable to download".
They are not just deceiting customers, they are also misusing government tax money.
Based on this experience, we will *NEVER recommend Travel Empire* and urge everyone to think twice before booking with them.

We take your concerns very seriously an (Read More)d would like to clarify that there was never any intention on our part to inconvenience you or withhold any information. Regarding the TCS, the amount has been duly deposited with the Government within the prescribed timelines. The current issue relates to the processing of the TCS statement on the Income Tax portal, which is unfortunately still showing as "In Progress." This is the reason the credit has not yet reflected in your tax records.
We understand how important this is and have been actively following up with our Accounts team to ensure the statement is processed at the earliest. We have also shared the relevant TAN details and payment information with you for your reference. Once the portal completes processing, the credit will reflect accordingly.
With respect to your travel experience in Bali, we are genuinely sorry to learn that you felt unsupported during your trip. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide. We value every customer's feedback, and your comments are being reviewed internally so that we can identify what went wrong and take corrective measures.
