I booked my Thailand trip through this travel agent and overall the experience was good and professional.The agent is India-based, GST registered, and followed the correct government process for TCS, including providing assurance of a proper challan.
Package details for accommodation, sightseeing, and local arrangements were well structured.
The agent was responsive and willing to explain the co (Read More)mponents of the package when asked.
3 star hotel in phuket was not worth. Very basic and doesn't feel like 3 star hotel.

The whole trip was planned and managed very well by the team. Harry did a great job in putting down the iteniery as per our needs and it was very well managed .
I was a bit afraid about the telegram group initially that was created but was very happy on the way it was being managed and the quick turn around of any questions that we had .
So overall a very well managed .
One or two cabs provided were not upto the mark.
