Good for low budget
Our budget was low so the hotels were accordingly booked.
customer service my miss Pooja was really good. she was always available and responsive.
Cab driver have nexus with local adventure provider (Read More) and restaurant so make sure you choose where to eat and where to do adventure

Very disappointing...Mr.sanjay the PRO doesn't bothered about customer's problem..he needs to learn how to talk to customes who have already paid. Would never suggest to take a package from Travel Des (Read More)ire.

It was a ok organised trip. Mr.sanjay jaggi is a pretty rude guy. No sight seeing and no advice on what to do where .it was equivalent to just renting a car and on your own. Not happy with their servi (Read More)ce.

Your Choice hotel was in Khajjiar (Read More), but due to snow it was impossible to reach there, but we provide another hotel in Dalhousie to you. without any extra charges .....

Shimla Manali Tour
The journey made by Travel desire India was very exciting and enjoyable. We had taken a family pension of 4 nights and 5 days for the Shimla Manali through Return Kanwar Madam and Lavnesh Thakur ji, w (Read More)hich was a great help of Seetu Madame, the hotel which was booked in Shimla There was plenty of room out there, along with the room service, the food was not good either. The way to go to the hotel was quite narrow, bad and unbearable. Manali's hotel was good tea but the food was not as good. The journey was very spectacular, Ritu Madam had a great cooperation in this journey. The cab and his driver Ajay traveled very well. Thank you very much for all the travel sponsorships that you have never traveled on this trip, and Ritu Madam is specially Thanks.

I am extremely happy to tell you all that the coordination from side of Travel Desire India was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Lovish Thakur and Ritu Kanwar who gave me support and help for any issu (Read More)es and problems.Also they are proactive to lisyen and resolve issues and try to make very comfortable. Basically me and my family was very happy and enjoyed a lot of fun in that place. Nice Room and awesome food quality of Breakfast/Dinner of The Mohan Palace Hotel.
I was faced the only single issue for volvo bus at the time of returning Manali to Delhi. Otherwise Tour was very good and Awesome.

Very bad Honeymoon Trip

Driver of cab Mr. Yuvraj(HP 01 A 4987, Toyota Etios) behavior was not good, and not have the manners to talk with ladies and skip visit of Kullu Valley and Van Vihar.
Hotel at Manali is 3rd class (Read More)and food is very bad.
I don't recommend anyone to travel with Travel Desire.

Thank you again for re writing your review. Our team has done everything possible in cooperation with you. Mr. Yuvraj despite of being affected from jaundice he took you to Rohtang without any extra c (Read More)harges (which otherwise cost around 10-12K).
In the end also you did not make the full payment for the package. We have to make dues clear from our pocket.
Comparing Dubai Hotels with Manali hotels, I think it is a pretty different scenario. Sometimes giving 101% also can’t satisfy someone’s expectations. I wish you would have addressed your expectations with us before the time of booking. As we do make the packages as per guest assent.

I am extremely happy to tell you all that the coordination from side of Travel Desire India was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Sumit who made me very comfortable. he took pains for me to get the per (Read More)mission for the Rohtang pass, which I was lucky to get. Only the hotel at Manali on day one was overbooked due to the medical reason of the travelers, so I had to adjust the room. Kind suggestion to all of you, don't book with breakfast, as the quality of food offered by these hotels all across Manali is very poor. So you end up with problems.
Otherwise I rate the Hotel in Shimla the best at the quote given to me, he was professional.

Tour was ok.
Driver of Tempo Travel was not good, skip visit of Solang Valley, Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata mandir and Kullu Valley.
Hotel at Manali water not coming from tap and (Read More)geyser not working in one Room.
I don't recommend anyone to travel with Travel Desire.

Amazing experience!
I had booked a tour to Amritsar, Dalhousie, Dharmasala and Chandigarh through Travel Desire for a group of 8 of us. The contact person who I dealt with was Mr. Sumit Chauhan. The guys deliver as promi (Read More)sed and some times even go beyond. An example being, the Tempo Traveller that was assigned to us on day one on reaching Amritsar was with a very weak AC and was a worn out vehicle. I spoke to the owner Mr. Surendra Shandil and he sought some time to ascertain the facts. Within two hours I got a call back that on the next day a new vehicle would be assigned to us. Yes, on the next day I got a call and an sms with the vehicle number and driver name of the new vehicle which was specially brought in from Chandigarh!! All the hotel bookings went through very smoothly and we had no issues with any of our hotel bookings or the meal plans or the room categories. All in all we had a great experience with Travel Desire and specifically this guy Sumit is too good. Thanks Sumit and Surendra for a wonderful trip!! Keep up the good work and continue giving the finest quality of service to your customers.

4.99 Sparkling stars for an amazing trip organized by Travel Desire India
Trip to Shimla, Manali
I was searching for Shimla-Manali Honeymoon package. I searched through MMT, TC, etc but was not satisfied with their package cum price. Lastly, i landed upon tripcrafters.com which offered 3 best q (Read More)uotes from travel agents. Out of all quotes received, quote from M/s Travel desire india somehow impressed me. The contact person of agency, Mr. Sumit ji contacted me in a minute on submitting my request. He asked me all of the inclusions, activities, etc which i plan to do on trip and within a day, quote was submitted. I changed/ammended a lot of activities/sight seeings in the quote a lot of times but the Agency(M/s Travel Desire India) patiently listened to me and accordingly changed to please me. I was very satisfied with their behaviour, quote, package, etc and hence, i finalized the pacakge after about one week. They took 50% of payment in advance and for remaining 50%, i could pay till the end of trip. Please see that i was planning the trip in Christmas (a heavy rush time) but had only begun searching for package before 3 weeks and Travel Desire was a savior to me. Ok then, as stated in quote, our trip driver (a very humble, helpful person) contacted me a day before trip and provided me all details. We began our trip, reached Manali. Hotel(Himgiri) in manali was located very near to mall road(a very popular night place). Rooms were very good with all facilities (laundry, hot water, wardrobes, etc). We had a honeymoon package, so all the cakes, flowers, etc would be given in Manali and we had to inform the hotel reception 4 hours prior to the plan. But due to some miscommunication among hotel staff, the honeymoon stuff did not go as planned. That was a disappointment. Nevertheless, our entire sightseeings were exactly as planned and Sumit ji and our driver were always prompt in clarifying our queries. Next stop was Shimla. Hotel (Aachman Regency) was good but was very far from Mall road(main attraction centre). However, we did not feel the distance as the driver was always at our disposal. Hotel in Manali was very good but in Shimla, it was just average. Rooms were small, some sockets not working, 24 hour hot water facility was not available, etc. Food in both the hotels was good. Hotel in shimla had a live orchestra facility at night. Trip in shimla was also very well organized. Overall, the trip was excellently organize & , patience/dedication of travel agent was praise worthy. I would surely recommend everyone going Shimla Manali to book with Travel Desire India.
P. S. Just a few things for people going on trip to Shimla Manali
1. Do a lot of Google search about the place to know the basics.
2. Ask for a hotel close to Mall road at both the places
3. Book a normal package. Dont go for honeymoon package as charges are extra and if anything goes wrong due to any reason, entire mood/occasion gets spoilt.
4. Dont book a local guide at any place. They will not take you or tell you extra ordinary . Just follow the normal crowd, and u will get to see all the places.
5. Dangri or full coats can be taken on rent while going to high mountains. So, dont overload your luggage.
6. Contact or get quotes from maximum possible travel agents but go only with those which your heart tells you. I chose Travel Desire India and i am totally happy with that.
