Dear All,
Please do not take any services from this company as this company is of Zero Professionalism.Rude staffs and the packages what promised vs. delivered is pathetic.
Never ever use their services/offerings.
We traveled to Vietnam in May-2026 through Tratoli Tour and Travels. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to poor communication and lack of support during our trip. My experience with t (Read More)his tour agent has been quite disappointing. The level of professionalism was not up to the mark, and the customer support was very slow and unhelpful. Even after raising concerns multiple times, the responses were delayed and not properly addressed.
We faced several issues while traveling from Da Nang to Hoi An and later in Phu Quoc Island. During these situations, we tried to contact Mr. Sachin, Mr. Santosh and other responsible person for assistance, but they were often unresponsive. Our messages were either ignored or replied to very late, and most of the time our phone calls were not answered when we needed help the most.
When you book an international tour, timely communication and customer support are essential. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of service we expected. Because of this experience, we cannot recommend Tratoli Tour and Travels to others unless they improve their customer support and communication.
Our (7 persons)visit to Vietnam booked by Tratoli was a complete letdown. The service was unresponsive.I encountered numerous issues during my visit. 👎 The overall experience was quite poor. 😠 I wo (Read More)uldn't recommend it. 🤢
