Very Poor

What's Not Good: I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this service. From the very beginning, the arrangements were far from satisfactory. The accommodations provided were subpa (Read More)r, lacking even basic comfort and hygiene. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, the response was unprofessional and unhelpful. Adding to the distress, I was involved in a car accident during the trip, further exacerbating the ordeal. Moreover, my parents, who were on a pilgrimage, were accommodated in a hotel that was completely inappropriate for their preferences and requirements, reflecting a severe lack of attention to detail. Overall, this experience was not only inconvenient but also distressing. I would strongly advise against relying on this service, as the mismanagement and lack of accountability made the journey far more difficult than it should have been.

They organize trip very professionally. The driver was really knowledgeable and cooperative. Being a family we were very comfortable during the journey. We also did Auli and Chopta. Templemitra people (Read More) are supportive ..All the best team keep it up. Looking forward for some more yours with u guys.

My review for the trip to Ooty, Kodaikanal and coonor

Once I paid the money to temple Mitra before my trip,they didn't even call us back wheather I reached the booked hotel or not.In my entire 6 days trip they didn't call me once. The hotels provided by (Read More) them were unhygienic not even stand for 2 star rating. There was not any correspondence n proper coordination by temple Mitra and the hotel managers and even with the cab driver provided by them.
