Personalised service and every request of mine was accommodated.The trip was a great value for money and (Read More)the service received from each member of the team we interacted with was second to none. The driver who made sure we were safe and comfortable in each city, the perfectly selected tour guides and Mr Hitesh who always promptly responded to our texts and queries, irrespective of time of day. This personalised service was appreciated, especially as we didn't always have connectivity. The highlight of the trip was dinner at Chawki Dhani - an absolute must for anyone visiting Jaipur. A really lovely holiday with S&E and Mr Hitesh Khandelwal and I highly recommend this team to anyone travelling to India.

The booking process was easy, and the tour representatives, Mr.Amarnath was very responsive to our queries. He provided a detailed itinerary with all the essential information about the trip, including accommodation details, transportation, and sightseeing options. The communication was clear, and I appreciated the timely follow-ups.
The transportation provided was excellent. We had a comfortable, clean, and well-maintained vehicle for the entire trip. Our driver, Mr. Sumit was knowledgeable about the routes and the local area, making the journey pleasant and safe. He was also courteous and punctual, ensuring we arrived on time for all activities.
The hotels arrangement throughout our trip were fantastic.
Throughout the trip, the tour company’s customer service was top-notch. The team checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly. They were quick to resolve any minor issues, and their friendly approach made the entire experience hassle-free.
