Big thank you to tour agent LILY, who’s so prompt in her reply and great suggestions too. We could change to hotels of our choice and she could accommodate what we wanted. Throughout the trip all the tourist guides were good, kind and knowledgeable. We especially like this guide NAM who spend the whole day till end of cruise in Danang which was around 10pm. Such a gem. Also we had some great seafood at Danang when lily realised that we love seafood. Will definitely recommend SSC to frens. Thanks again Lily for the great job and the gifts.

These two ladies would keep close track on our daily tour and meals to make sure that we were doing fine and were happy and comfortable with what they had arranged for us.My family really enjoyed thè ample of sumptuous food provided each day and most of the meals were served in a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.Ms Tina even went extra miles to help my family to buy foodstuff from Hoi An and had them delivered to our hotel in Danang.SSC Viet Nam Travel even arranged a birthday cake for one of my nephews and it was delivered to the restaurant by Ms Lily.Such gesture made our stay in Danang an awesome and more memorable one.The tour guide, Ms Hue who was assigned to us was another wonderful lady.Her jovial character with full of humour made our tour more amazing and enjoyable. Our family of eight joined a 5D4N private tour to Hoi An-Da Nang-Hue under SSC Viet Nam Travel as recommended by a friend in March 2023. We would like to thank Ms Tina for the wonderful and perfect (Read More) arrangement in terms of accommodation, itinerary, food, transportation and tour guide. Upon arrival at the airport, we were received by our tour guide and the driver who lead us to a 9 seater MPV. In the first two nights, we were put up in Delicacy Hotel in Hoi An. It is a four-stars hotel but I would rate it as a five-stars hotel in their services and facilities. We like its pool-view family room and the pool-view premier double room which are very spacious, clean and nicely decorated with super cool air conditioner. Special thank to Ms Tina for upgrading our standard double room to premier double room. Ms Tina is a very dedicated, trustworthy, experienced, caring and helpful lady. She is always available whenever we need her help. We would like to convey our appreciation and gratitude to Ms Tina in making special arrangements for us especially when five of our members were having food poisoning after taking the buffet lunch in a hill resort. She bought us some medicines, ordered special dishes for our members who were sick and hired an electric tourist coach for us when we were visiting the Imperial City in Hue. Thank you so much for the care and concern, all our family members recovered from the illness after taking the medicines. We had an amazing and memorable travel experience with the tour agent. I would strongly recommend SSC Travel for your trip to Vietnam as they are very professional with excellent hospitality and reasonable price.
