The itinerary was well planned even though flights got delayed it was well planned and accommodated according to us. The tour guides were good and very helpful. Alisa Cruise ? was best experience in Halong Bay. Melanie was very helpful and she noted point to point and made changes based on our request. She was there communicating with us constantly from the beginning of the trip planning and til (Read More)l we returned back to our place.

Package was excellent and the way they have planned the trip was very good. Good places good timings and everything they have taken care. Pick and drop service was very good. Teena has managed the ser (Read More)vice and she is excellent.

We had a great and amazing time in Hanoi, Halong Bay, Danang and Hoi An. From the beginning when I found SSC thru Facebook, I knew tis would be my travel operator in Vietnam as the reviews were all fa (Read More)ntastic. Big thank you to tour agent LILY, who’s so prompt in her reply and great suggestions too. We could change to hotels of our choice and she could accommodate what we wanted. Throughout the trip all the tourist guides were good, kind and knowledgeable. We especially like this guide NAM who spend the whole day till end of cruise in Danang which was around 10pm. Such a gem. Also we had some great seafood at Danang when lily realised that we love seafood. Will definitely recommend SSC to frens. Thanks again Lily for the great job and the gifts.

My family of 17 people visited Danang, Hue and Hoi An from 9/3-13/3/23 under SSC Viet Nam Travel.We sincerely would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to Ms Lily and Ms Tina for excellent services.Ev (Read More)erything was well arranged and perfect.Ms Lily and Ms Tina would willingly respond promptly to my enquiries and made many amendment to the itinerary and selection of hotels to comply with my requests.Great service! These two ladies would keep close track on our daily tour and meals to make sure that we were doing fine and were happy and comfortable with what they had arranged for us.My family really enjoyed thè ample of sumptuous food provided each day and most of the meals were served in a relaxing and romantic atmosphere.Ms Tina even went extra miles to help my family to buy foodstuff from Hoi An and had them delivered to our hotel in Danang.SSC Viet Nam Travel even arranged a birthday cake for one of my nephews and it was delivered to the restaurant by Ms Lily.Such gesture made our stay in Danang an awesome and more memorable one.The tour guide, Ms Hue who was assigned to us was another wonderful lady.Her jovial character with full of humour made our tour more amazing and enjoyable.
