An Unforgettable Sri Lanka Experience with Shine Lanka Holidays! I don't usually write long reviews, but Shine Lanka Holidays deserves every bit of appreciation for making our family vacation truly unforgettable. While searching for Sri Lanka holiday packages, I came across Shine Lanka holidays, submitted an enquiry. Almost immediately, I received a call from Mr. Inshaf, the owner of Shine Lanka (Read More) Holidays. From our very first conversation, I could sense his professionalism, passion, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I was traveling with my wife and our 10-year-old daughter and requested a family-friendly itinerary. What amazed me was that this trip was completely unplanned and scheduled just three days before departure! Despite the short notice, Inshaf carefully planned our entire journey from May 30 to June 4, explaining every detail and tailoring the itinerary perfectly to our needs. The pricing was exceptional. Honestly, I don't think you can find this level of service, accommodation quality, personal attention, and dedication at such a reasonable cost. Before our departure, Inshaf introduced us to our dedicated Chauffeur Guide, Mr. Jizan. Little did we know that Jizan would become one of the highlights of our trip! Even before we landed, Jizan sent us a warm welcome message. Upon arrival, he greeted us with a welcome placard, beautiful garlands, and even provided two SIM cards with preloaded data. These thoughtful gestures immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. Throughout our trip, we travelled in a spotless, comfortable private vehicle. Jizan was much more than a chauffeur guide—he was a local expert, travel companion, and friend. He was always punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our trip memorable. From recommending attractions and restaurants to helping us understand the local culture, he was exceptional throughout the journey. Our itinerary covered some of Sri Lanka's most beautiful destinations—from the breathtaking Sigiriya Rock Fortress, village tour, and jeep safari, to the spiritual charm of Kandy, the scenic tea plantations and cool climate of Nuwara Eliya, the relaxing beaches of Bentota, and the vibrant city life of Colombo. Each destination offered unique experiences and unforgettable memories, making our journey truly special. The accommodations throughout the trip were excellent, with absolutely no compromise on comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality. What impressed me even more was Inshaf's personal involvement. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed any assistance. This level of customer care is rare these days. And here's something truly remarkable: Inshaf did not collect a single penny in advance. Despite arranging an entire customized family holiday, he trusted us completely and collected the payment only after dropping us at the airport on our departure day. That level of honesty, trust, and confidence is simply outstanding. Our return flight was at 12:55 AM, and instead of leaving us at the airport early, Inshaf and Jizan thoughtfully planned activities until around 10 PM so that we could make the most of our final day in Sri Lanka. The seamless transportation, excellent accommodations, carefully planned itinerary, and above all, the kindness and professionalism of Inshaf and Jizan made this one of the best family vacations we have ever had. This review comes straight from the heart. If you are planning a trip to Sri Lanka and are looking for a travel company that is professional, trustworthy, customer-focused, and genuinely passionate about creating memorable experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend Shine Lanka Holidays without a second thought. A special thank you to Inshaf and Jizan. You didn't just organize a trip—you created memories that my wife, daughter, and I will cherish forever. Extremely smooth experience with zero stress. Chauffeur service was Extremely good and owner was was always available for any problem or support. Overall Nice Experience.

Book better hotels in Nuwara Eliya and always book a room according to requirement and good view for the traveler.

Everything was good planned and arranged Driver Muhammad Safwath is very genuine nice driver. He knows Hindi language as well, so very comfortable for us.

Maybe kandy hotel stay could be more improved
