Recently had booked our trip through Regular trip to Darjeeling and Gangtok.Our overall experience was not good, bcos itinerary was not well planned because of which our 2 days out of 4 days trip was (Read More)spent in travelling only. They dont book directly, they sublet our package to one more local agent, without giving proper information of our requirements. This also costed very high price for me. They didn’t guide properly about local siteseeing, for example toy train booking in Darjeeling had to be done atleast 2days before travel. They didn’t guide us and we couldn’t visit. Due to delay from driver for about an hour, we missed sunrise in Darjeeling. Vehicles were in average condition and non cooperative drivers. Only thing that was convincing was the hotels booked.

Make Sure Your Booking was Confirmed Within 24hrs & its high peak time, and before advance i already offered hotels. even you said, cancelled Dalhousie last (Read More) night and need any cheaper hotel near airport Sir less then 2500/- i paid 02 Night Dalhousie.

The service is not good. They promise you for the three star hotels but provide very cheap hotels. Also they change hotel without any intimation. Not following things provided in quotation. He will to (Read More)ld you that they have some bad reviews and they convince you and offer cheap rates... He promised me to changed the hotels if I don't like it but he did not follow his promises... Overall it was really a bad experience.

It was an amazing trip. Everything was arranged in a well manner. Cochin to Munnar, Thekeddy, Alleppey then Cochin. Enjoyed a lot during trip. Hotels were awesome and the service was very good. Driver (Read More) was very professional and he was aware of the routes, places and was also in regular touch with the Regular Trip executive who arranged the whole trip. So we don't required to put our attention towards anything. We enjoyed a lot and had good memories. If possible we will surely visit the same place but this time during rainy season. Last week I went to Delhi tour trip and it was experienced very very bad service which I never get in my life and we were literally cried with the service given by the regular trip persons, one of the (Read More) Agra driver doesn't know the Area of Agra Mathura places by asking each and every local persons we visited the temples and sight seeing etc,It is truly unadvisable to everyone who looking for this travellers, finally this tour is the worst except 2 drivers out of 4 drivers for the 4 days we used to go with 4 drivers,how pathetic this service is please understand.....

It's been a fabulous journey of kerala trip thank you regular trip for making it possible few of my suggestions for making trip even better firstly the commission is too high .You mentioned to collect (Read More) 10% of commission by it is about 20% which is not Nobel.And the best part of trip is stay where ambience is great and food is delicious.Driver Joseph kunju is very friendly and beat guide ever.

I was just same like you looking for review about trip crafters. But I would say please dnt book with them. They said something you will get something different. I was promise to get two 4 star hotel (Read More)during my trip to rajasthan but only got 1 hotel with 4 star. Moreover, they told me that taxi would stay with 24 hours and you will have taxi for 6 days & 5 nights. On 5th day taxi owner said regular trip people didn’t book for 6th day so today is your last day. After so many calls who made the booking for us said he will talk to owner but it didn’t happened. He called me again said sir you can book your own cab for 6th day we will refund you and i am still waiting for the taxi refund. I still have all the conversation that i have regular trip. I would say do some own research and book it straight without 3rd party otherwise you will spoil your holidays.

Dear all customer... I just want to say that please don't suggest regular trip travel agency to any customer for a journey.. Because on behalf of my experience, my trip was honeymoon trip and it was (Read More) from 13 march 2019 to 20 March 2019 I started a journey with this company regular trip... Person name is Mr. Basant kumar He planned my all schedule of shimla manali trip in written format and booked 3 star hotel but actually the scenario was different because there were nothing which he mentioned in written format.as commitments .. My Hotel were changed three times and there were rain in manali and even though they didn't updated my changed hotel in Was searching actual my booked hotel and when I said this thing to Mr basant kumar they says to see a new hotel on spot... And this thing were also happened in Shimla with me.... And when I refused to there booked bad hotel check in and book a new hotel on my own basis then they says to pay also the amount to their booked hotel and says to their hired driver to stop the services and demanding the more amount to pay and after the phone call of Mr. Basant kumar the driver left me with family and luggage on the way in Shimla without completing their packages and promises... And due this worst behavior I stopped my journey before the date and they take my money in advance 5500 at their Delhi office by online payment as advance and says me that i am an unsatisfying customer and he can't provide me services and my payment to me.. TO STOP THIS TYPE OF REPEAT MISBEHAVE with ANY CUSTOMER IN FUTURE I AM SAYING NOT TO SELECT THIS TRAVEL AGENCY regular trip BECAUSE THEY SAY MANY THINGS AS A BIG WORD OF MOUTH AND EVEN SAYS TO CUSTOMER THAT... ,"MERA RATTING DEKH LIJIYE AND REVIEW PD LIJIYE IT'S ON TOP RATTINGS AND MERE REVIEW M.AAPKO HAR TARAH K COMMENT M ALTERNATIVE SATISFIED AND NONSATISFIED CUSTOMER REVIEW MILENGE AND AB SBKO SERVICES M KUCH BHI THODA BHUT BHI KAMI HUYI TO CUSTOMER REVIEW BIGAD DETE H.." Thanks for the review but Sir you only love to stay without paying any money.

Firstly agent ask you for the balance payment but you (Read More) totally denied at that time.

And if we mention the date Sir, then on the first and your travel date is 19th March but at the last moment you said that the plan is prepone and change the date to 14th March.

After that we only told you that we to check the hotels availability or the hotels should be changed accordingly and you agree. And if i may we also did the things in favor of you by allowing you to make the payment during the trip and by the arrival at the hotels.

When you reach the Manali Hotel you want to change the hotels and we said we'll do it by the next morning because its night at that time. when we started calling you in the morning you didn't pickup the call and we call the hotelier. You said "NO ISSUE YOU HAVE. YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL. We even make the conference call with Mr. Kuldeep and over the call you said NO ISSUE FOR HOTELS.

You also said you are satisfied with the hotels but not satisfied with the Travel agents. Just because we ask about the Payment.

In Shimla Hotel (HARMONY PURPLE) you were asking about some discount that you are not satisfied with the MANALI hotel.

When we didn't provide the discount at the last moment you are not even bother to answer the call of us. We tried to call you so many times and not only us but the Hotel staff itself call you so many times and finally you did not check-in at the hotel and we have to make the payment in Shimla Hotels for the 2 Nights from our Pocket. On the Day 04 you call us and said you didn't want to pay any amount to the Driver as well.

We know very well Customer Satisfaction is a big bucket to fulfill but every time its is not company's fault.

Hi i am writing my experience here.. We were went to Kerala on Trip on 9th December and we have paid 12,500 in advance to Regular trip and remaining money has been handed over to cab driver on Day (Read More) 1. On Day 2 Morning when we vacating the hotel we got a shock to pay the Room rent from our side. but we have already paid to Regular trip for the same. So i have called Mr Basant Kumar and ask the reason. he told me to pay the rent and he will refund with in three to four days. Whenever i am calling him he will cut my call and say some silly reasons like he is in ICU like that. Their service end once you have pay money. It has been a month Mr Basant Kumar has not refunded the money and he is not picking my calls. So beware guys before paying your money to this kind of service. Trip crafters please evaluate this agent and add in your list.

Hi, after getting married we went agra and manali for honeymoon and i booked a package thru regular trip..manali and agra package 31k including tax...flight from Chennai to delhi 16k up and down...pac (Read More)kage was good but no fulfillment....cab drivers are worst and they are not showing much interested places ..chain smokers...we hav stayed 4 days in manali...we did not went for sollang valley wen i checked with manager...he stated that it was not included in our package and we need to pay extra money...we are disappointed...finally we reached delhi to board flight...but they are only pickuping from delhi..but they are nit dropping...i spend 600rs for cab to airport....finally our honey moon is not a memorable one..this s wat i faced.

With due respect, i beg to bring forward a case involving money. The tour operator from Delhi (Regular Trip) has taken an amount of Rs.5, 000/- through neft in bank account to arrange and provide (Read More)hotels & cab bookings for a tour package Delhi to Manali (Travel duration: 10th Nov to 16th Nov 2018), but they didn't booked any of the above and also are not refunding the amount now. They are also not responding to any of my e-mails and phone calls. Kindly track and take strict action against the tour operator and make him pay my hard earned Rs.5, 000/-. Please check that these kind of operators should not be able to cheat any citizens in future.

Every time they give silly excuses and try to escape. Flower bed decoration and Cake were included in package but they failed to provide the same. On asking they said they will return Rs.1500/-. It (Read More)'s been almost 1 and half year they have not paid. So please be careful and do not book anything extra or better simply don't plan your tour with them, if you want to enjoy or a tension free tour.

It was a good experience traveling through Regular trip... our trip went well as planned we got one of the best driver and guid , his driving was very good. We visited kerela after the flood , but (Read More) the conditions have been recovered very well ...there were landslides at some spots ... which have been cleaned totally. The first 2 hotels were very good � , except the last one (alleppay) the boat house it was not as good as expected the service were OK (3 start of 5) the wash rooms were bad , the food were OK

Hotels promised was 3* for accommodation, however provided lodge, complete upset. Secondly, car provided for local trip was not good for long travels, experienced full back pain, paid extra amount aga (Read More)in for Good car. Thirdly, when called regular trip point of contact, he did not answer call and later asked me who am I, after receiving money in their account, which is a big time surprise. I would not suggest regulartrip.

Our experience with the Regular trip was decent. Initially we faced some problems at the time of reserving the hotels, as I had to constantly follow up with their representative and there was very (Read More)little response from their side. Once the booking procedure was passed on to their representative named Basant Kumar, it was smooth. He explained about the traffic problems and other problems upfront before we had even started our journey, so we were mentally prepared for the delay and the long walk we had to take to roam around places. Once our journey started he regularly followed up with us and asked us if we were facing any problems with the tour. The negative side I would say, was the journey, as the driver was driving the car in a very rough way. I do understand that it was very normal for them as they travel regularly, but for us it was a very frightening experience. The hotel booked in Shimla and Dharamshala were very good, but the hotel booked in Manali was kind of okay. The Driver covered all the places which were mentioned in the itinerary. So, overall I would say it was a very good trip and I would recommend Regular trip for the travel booking.

Hi all... I don't wanna waste all ur time & I'm just gonna brief my experience with regular trip. Had a terrible start in the first day itself. Cab driver was late by 3 hrs & we have to wait in the ra (Read More)ilway station which is very disgusting. Hotel booked in munnar was also not up to the mark. Very scary to go outside in the night time. Rest 3 days were good. Rooms arranged in thekkedy & alleppey were awesome. Cab driver manoj is not friendly. He was very silent all the four days.He didn't go according to the trip sheet. We visited very few places. Manager named Basant kumar responded well. But still regular trip have to improve in many things to satisfy their clients.

Never book any trip with regular trip The manager first talks very sweetly then after getting money never picks up call and when we call from a different number he picks up and talks rudely and warn (Read More)s us not to call from other numbers.such a person he is.never book with regular trip .if u get any issue they will never help and just forget it( what bad people do after getting money).

Thanks you for your review. But we need to know few things from your end. From the very first discussion we are suggesting you not to visit Kashmir but you forced & say you wanted t (Read More)o visit there only. About the payment you pay before 4 days for your travel date and you pay only 5,000/- for 95,000 booking. Company also gave you a Postpaid sim as in your group no one has a Postpaid number & in Kashmir only Postpaid sim working. Once visit there you refuse to Travel just because of lots of Security there. As per Company's Term & Condition full about is forfeited as you refuse to travel while traveling. But our company only asks for 50% as we already paid to few Hotels.

It was my frist experience with Regular trip, and it was nice. I had 5Days 4Night's plan, in which Munnar was the best place to visit. Will give an average rating to other places. Nationalpark in Munn (Read More)ar was of no use because it was rainy season you are able to see any animals out there. Only will be able to enjoy the weather which was awsome. The Car Driver was great, very helpful, and kind person. He never stopped us from going anywhere, even he was enjoying our company, Helped us clicking our beautiful photos. It was difficult to communicate at first, though we enjoyed a lot. The hotels were neat and clean, service was also good, people out there were also good. There was an limited menu in Hotels so i preferred going out for dinner while we were in Thekaddy. Houseboat in Alleppey was also nice, food was ok. We had music sysem,TV and AC on housebaot. Houseboat is only ment to you to relax one day, just be on houseboat relax watch the water all around you and enjoy with other people on houseboat if you got a better company. Just want to thank u Regular trip for there arrangements. Thank you

Writing this with lot of pain. I never had gone thru this kind of worst trip management. Regular trip people were being worst in planning and execution. Really a crap one. I planned a short summer (Read More)trip to Shimla – Manali with my small family. I booked it through Regular Trip 3 months well before. They had plenty of time in making this however it did not happen. 1. Shorter trip duration suggested by Sales Team. This is generally 5N6D package. While we asked for better price, sales team reduced the duration to 4N5D. This made us restless travel between places. Generally we used to reach the hotel at 11 PM and need to start to next place at3 AM. Hardly 3 hours sleep every night. a. We could have well directed by Sales Team (Anshika) to plan more days for this trip. 2. New Driver arrangement. I was arranged with new CAB driver who does not even know trip details. When we get on to car, he started driving towards Nainital from Delhi airport. After few hours we came to know we are heading to Nainital. I then asked to stop and the driver then told by his management to get us Shimla. 3. Communication – We are from down south of India and only can speak regional and English. We wanted a driver who can understand and communicate in English. I specifically asked Regular trip to arrange. But the driver only knew Hindi which we can’t / speak with. Very difficult to make the driver to understand our needs/expectations. 4. Familiarity – This driver does not know routes & places of Shimla/Manali. One of the driver’s friend also has a similar Shimla trip and our driver was following his car. 5. Driver was very slow (30 km per hour) to reach Shimla. Initially we did not know why he was so slow. Delhi to Shimla generally takes 8 hours but we spent around 15 hours. This is because our driver waited for his friend to come (our driver did not know the routes). We asked the driver to drive bit fast atleast in allowable speed and he refused as there is traffic. There was nothing so. 6. Trip Chart – As our driver follow his friends car, we eventually ended to go as per his friends’ trip places rather what was told to us. Wherever that car stops we need to stop and start. We do not have our personal freedom to spend. a. None of the places we visit in SHIMLA/MANALI. Due to lack of driver’s knowledge, we were just roaming here & there and NOTHING is shown. 7. Hotels – The hotels booked for us are not in main roads and it was become tough to find routes to reach. 8. Food – Food provided by hotel was not good. (Neither in Shimla nor in Manali) 9. Responsibility – Basant from operation team was our key contact person for through-out the trip. He is the primary responsible for this trip and most time will not attend our call. If he done few basic things properly, this trip could have been better for us a. Local driver (who knows the routes & places) b. Friendly driver (who can atleast understand ENGLISH) c. Trip Information shared with driver (Disappointed how this is missed) 10. Money & Time – We feel our money & time were wasted by this tour management people. 11. Restless – Our most time were spent only in Car. This made us very tired Only one best thing was that on final day, driver drove us to catch flight on time from Manali to Delhi. Thanks a lot Basant & Anshika for all your hard work. Money should not be the only factor. There should be some customer service aswell. I WILL NOT suggest you for any of my friends trip.

1) Sales Department (Ms. Anshika) :- We have initially suggested you the Duration of 5 (Read More)Nights & 6 Days for Shimla & Manali Tour Package but your Estimate was bit low so She suggested the package of 4 Nights & 5 Days for Manali only. But you insisted for both the Destination, so according to your requirement she provided you 4 Nights & 5 Days package of Shimla & Manali. Now if we talk about the timing I believe that you went for a Leisure trip & it was up to you that by what time you want to drive back to Hotel. Now on the last day you might have woke up at 3 AM because of your own Mistake as you have booked the flights of Late evening but our Team suggested you for the Mid Night.
2) Driver :- Now if we talk about the driver, we do agree that he drove towards Nainital but only for half an hour. You might have also observed the day you were travelling had a Bad Weather and that’s the reason he drove the car @ 30 km Per Hour speed with the Intention of having your Safety.
3) Hotel & Food :- I would like to tell you that in Hill Stations Good Hotels don’t dwell in Main City. About the food it’s a very common thing as different states have their own Taste.
4) Operation Team (Mr. Basant) :- He was coordinating you from the very first day, he might have missed your calls but he was in contact with you all the time.

Last but not the Least we just want to convey you that we believe in Serving our clients in a Proper & Happy way. Our main motive is to serve our Clients at its best.

Hi.....I am prakash from bangalore We had booked a keral trip for the first time with little bit fear but regular trip arranged a good package for us, we just packed they planned well. Mr.Basa (Read More)nt Kumar & Mr.Naveen ( transporter ) arranged a good cab driver become a family member, good resrt in the forest i,e cardmom plantation - amazing experience in night out. The resorts also very nice, well cleaned, hygenic food provided, cab driver Mr.Shijin was also well known about the local places, restaurants etc... I am thank full to Ms.Ratika, Mr.Basant Kumar, Mr.Naveen & Mr.Shijin such that all they have planned very well of my trip. In futrue I will prefer regular trip.

Not so good a experience with regular trip...the hotels we were booked into were not satisfactory for the amount we have paid them..none of the rooms had a good view..thehotel room booked at Amritsar (Read More)was the worst,the Loo's were stinky, the ACdid not work..pathetic hotel..the best part of the trip was we had a good driver with his new innova..he took us to some nice places for food..the vehicle was booked for us by regular trip ,it is from the driver we came to know that we have been charged extravagant ly for the vehicle too.. Overall it was a lesson for us where we learnt that we should never plan a trip through these guys but should do it independently.

Overall trip was decent. Accommodation and cab facilities were excellent. Also the response from the regulartrip agent(in particular Basant) is very good whenever required during the trip. Cab drivers (Read More) has good knowledge about sightseeing(barring chilika lake visit in Puri which has wasted 3-4 hours of time) Full experience is very good and i will recommend regulartrip to my friends and relatives

Also a good arrangement of conditioned vehicle and a very good character of driver having guided us well and cooperative nature. the beautiful kerala having lot of visiting points I'm munnar like tea farm,tea factories, rose guarden ,munnar river,hydal guarden ,a clean city a great cultured people. Also a good forest in thekkady The wonder of kerala is in alleppey backwater of sea ,great experience with boating, hotels in sea having good quality meal . Beach of alleppey is a very beautiful. The overall experience of trip with regular trip is excellent and a good deal...I gives five star rating to regular trip

Hello, My trip was good with respect to travel / transport and sightseeing. Things which concerned me during the trip and were not up to the mark. The hotels were changed at the last moment a (Read More)nd were not satisfactory compared to the ones I opted for at the time of booking the kerala package from regular trip. I was told that all the hotel rooms will be deluxe category / A/C rooms. Only except the cosy house boat, none of the rooms were A/C and kovalam hotel room was not even deluxe it was standard room ( Not A/C nor sea facing) Regular trip should book the hotels room immediately and should not change them at last moment. Rest I enjoyed the Kerala trip. The itinerary was planned nicely. Thank you. Regards Tanmay

Trip was not good. Basant pls keep good drivers with some basic knowledge to them. The driver who you gave from Delhi to Jaipur for 2 day's was not good he speaks rude with customers. Pls tea (Read More)ch driver who to behave with others when we pay money we can also treat your drivers as cheaper than dogs. And you behaviour also changes once we pay money change that attitude. And also cover the places as you as otherwise don't say you will show that place. And hotels in agara not so clean. When we pay money we should receive good response from you. If I was their I would have hit the driver, gave for my parents for agara visit for his language used with them.

Ya...The package was fine..The stay at Munnar was comfortable...But the hotel alloted at thekkady was of bit lower quality...It could have been better...The cab driver was friendly and accompanied us (Read More)quite well...The house boat provided was not from alleppy..Even though you stated that it is at alleppy. ..I was surprised on this...It is not serviced at alleppy...But from other location....So we were not able to see alleppy... Since u were charging 25000 you should increase the quality of hotels being alloted...Apart from these we had a memorable tour...We cherished every moment....Thank u..

Hi everyone, my first review abt trip was all my money wasted, cab driver was blank abt the trip, this guys are done only booking in hotels , they dont anything abt route, how much time will take to r (Read More)each destinations nothing . This my second review about my trip which planned by regular trip, after I gave my review abt trip, this guy name is basant called me on my personal number and start telling me about my review, ur type of customers are one in hundreds, all the rubbish things this guy started telling, this guy said he will give my number to everybody's who are making packages that dont make any packages for me, this guy is very shameless, he doesn't know how to speak with customers, how to deal with them, after worst experience I didn't give full details of my trip, I just said only two lines, but this guy start calling me , start chatting with me on wats app, all the bakwas , I got this guy call records how he speak to customers. Please my request to all the guys who want to plan holidays packages or honeymoon packages, dont even think of regular trip /mr basant, I m writing this today becoz I got his one more massage on wats app. This guy telling me you must travel with helicopter and all bakwas. My review is nothing , u will find worst than this review, u can check all review abt regular trip.

Trip To:Munnar, Thekeddy, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Kovalam The trip was satisfactory. The cab driver was very co-operative. The resort of Munnar (Poopada) was too bad. Other than that all other st (Read More)ays of the trip were very nice. Enojyed the trip a lot with out any hassle.

management is very bad even they don't have a knowledge about timing and hollydays of park temples planetarium ect.. and after payment they ignore you . hotels also not similar which is given to you (Read More) be-four payment .

Not at all satisfactory.Mr.Basant of regular trip needs imprivement in handling customer queries.Hotel experience at Manali was not at all good interms of basic facilities. This is virendra booked my tour with Regular trip from 30 sept. to 6 oct. (6 night 7 days),, first we are scared about regular trip like they required amount in advanced and after that they will do sa (Read More)me as he promise like that. we are three me my wife and 3 year old baby. after arrival Kochi driver(Clinton) with Mahindra Verrito was waiting for us without delay after that he take us for Munnar at that place HOTEL Bellmount Resort was very goood,we stay two days and visited most famous places after we go for thekkaddy and then alleppy- the most beautiful experience, before that we are thinking that Houseboat (INDRAPRASHTHAM) was on sharing basis bcoz we cant afford on personal basis , that it will move late for waiting other couples to come . but it waits only half an hour and one thing to be noted other couples not reach at time but without wasting time boat was moved at 12:30 only with us and take us on wonderful Exp, of backwater then we go for Kovlam and in last driver droped us at Trivendrum station. all hotels was very good ,neat and clean and provide best service. Thanks a lott to Regular Trip providing best services and support during tour time. Thank you

This is very Honest/genuine Feedback on Regular Trip: I really felt very bad/Disgusting Experience RegularTrip Service. The Hotel at Munnar ( I can say this is not a Hotel, We can call it as Lodge o (Read More)r Single Room with No services ). These Regular trip People promised me to provide AC Hotels with 3 star properties. However when It comes to reality the failed to provide whatever they said. They Did not stick on their words. When it comes to Houseboat ; It was Hell, not at all good. Waste of Money. These people promised to give the houseboat at Allapy however when we go the exact place ( Allapy) , No one had responded at all regarding the Houseboat. We only called to multiple people , then they acted smartly saying, our Houseboat is not at Allapy it was in different place. I was shocked by listening to their words. We had a lot of fight with Regular Trip agents and other people. It was really very shameless people to talk on. Finally after having lot of time waste we had gone to different place to get the boat. I had paid 600 Rs/- Extra money to driver from my pocket due to this place change. ( waste of money and time). In Kovalam also they provided basic/Standard Non-AC room Which is very disappointing. Donâ€™t take these services at all. Those who are planning for Kerala Trip. I beg you not to take This ( Regular Trip Services). Otherwise you will spoil you entire Trip. Believe me. I would give Single Star for this service provider. ( I can say No Star for this)

All hotel were nice n were same as shown in package car was in good condition.. driver was decent he was at sevice at all the time...he covered all the destinations we had in our package... overall n (Read More)ice experience in good budget.. thank you

I didn't satisfied at all. They done just booking privately. Even I can do that myself. Cab guy have no idea. Cab guy came to pick and drop. Hotel is very off. I recommend to others not to even think (Read More) of open that site.

The best part was resort marigold at gulmarg..The staff n owners were very friendly. The food was also very good.The rooms n interior was excellent..Hope to visit again..

We had taken deal from Regular Trip, The worst ever stay in Hotel "So My Resort" Calengute Goa, It was two star Hotel but found it in very bad shape, the only Good thing with Hotel was its Swimmin (Read More)g Pool. No water in Room, found No Pest control in Room, found cockroaches on bed, Room Service was very poor, Staff was very unfriendly, I asked for salt at night approx at 12' O clock due to my wife was feeling uneasiness due to change of weather, Staff said kitchen is closed and "You should have bought it from outside" I will rate them 1 out of 5. Never Stay in that Hotel "So My Resort" in Calengute. Goa.
