Everything from the itinerary to transportation and hotel rooms was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and professionalism displayed by your team were truly impressive.
During return from Bhutan to bagdogra.. the driver driving wasn't smooth..
Otherwise all good.

We are satisfied with the services provided, accomodation given and places for food were too good . Overall it was a wonderful experience. Can recommend it for others .
Last day plan in itinerary was a bit disappointing in terms of time and other factors. Complimentary Breakfast for 2 days was not utilised properly due to time constraint despite a single item given early as takeaway.

MONEY MINDED GREEDY, IRRESPONSIBLE, CLUELESS and UNORGANIZED company.
I would definitely suggest to avoid Onn tour you can find more responsible tour package in lesser amount.
I booked my 12 days Sikkim, Darjeeling & Sittong cab package with Onn tour with representative Debanshu. Although I got a cheaper package I booked with Onn tour because of there reviews (not sure how they get so positive), (Read More) nice sweet words and fake promises. During my tour they just called me for money and while I ask for solution of our problem they have no solution or result.
During my 12 days worst tour I faced many problems as below. (1) *GREEDY* - Onn tour started to play game from the first day. On first day they had to picked me up from NJP hotel. I told to picked us on 9.00 am. But they told me I need to leave hotel at 6.00 am otherwise due to road closer I need to go alternate route for which driver will charged me extra about 1800 Rs. (Though all transferred was included in my package)
(2) *IRRESPONSIBLE* - In my 12 days tour I need to wait for driver for more than 1 hour about 3-4 times. when 1 person among us ask driver for the same he get answer waiting is their work. Driver also skipped sight seen with himself which mention in tour itinerary.
(3) *CLUELESS* - In my package they mentioned that if any places is not reachable they will provide another good alternate. During my tour North Sikkim (Lachen and lachung) was closed due to land slide and my 3 days of plan needed to change but they gave me 2-3 extra point against 1 day in gangtok and against 1 day for Namchie, but for the 3rd day they provided me Yuksum which was totally worthless, even driver was going there first time, tour representative was also not aware for the place. It was 3 hours journey on very bad condition broken road and there we saw a very small monestry and a nala type lake only. you can find 100 times better places in your hometown. It totally spoiled my whole day. I requested them to cut some my package cost because they have charged me for far places of North sikkim but provided me nearby places. But they totally refuse at last day. I had to pay all amount of my package as we have flight for to my hometown early next day and I didn't want to miss it.
(4) *UNORGANIZED* - After complete sikkim we need to change cab in Darjeeling, I was told that Sikkim driver will drop me in darjeeling and then I will get another driver number. I was drop to darjeeling at about 1.00 pm but after waiting till 8.00 pm when I message for driver number then DebanshuSIR wake up and arrange for driver, after sometime when I got call from driver, he told that he get to know about me before 10 minutes and now our Tiger hill sunrise point not possible because permit time was up to 7.00 pm only. After a long loud conversation driver told that he will take us without permit and bribe police for the same. As I have not trust on Onn tours I refused the same to wake up 3 o'clock morning without confirmation and We keep it for next day but we also needed to drop sunrise because of cloudy whether.
I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMAND NOT GO WITH ONN TOURS AND AVOID ONN TOURS.

With Due Respect Sir ,I want to also share me few Words towards your blame to us First of all you take only Cab Service from us For 12 Days Accommodation you have done by your own only cab Service so (Read More)did we provide you any bad Conditioned cab or Some old model cab where your Entire tour feels like uncomfortable ?? Now come to your Points the Bold Words which you use for us :
1) The word you use Money Minded & Greedy : In what terms you use this word Money Minded did we asked you to pay some extra money apart from your package cost On Very First Day when we pick you up That Day Due to Under Road Construction NH -10 the Easy way to Reach Sikkim is closed and also you have same day Sight Seeing Points are also their which you want to cover up that's why we asked you to check -out early in Moring around 6 am So that you didn't Stuck in Traffic and also shouldn't able to opt for another Route For reaching Sikkim Because that Route is very Long. And also Each & every one knows In Sikkim if Cab Runs Some Extra Kms in that case Driver will asked you some extra amount to Pay. Hence on that day you didn't stuck in Traffic also & Neither even you have to pay extra amount that 1800 as you feasibly reached Gangtok & Cover up all sight Seeing Points .So we help you out in this way So where is this Greedy & Money Minded Word gives justification.
2) Now you use Irresponsible Word : Sir if we were Irresponsible then we don't Provide you any Kind Of Services From Day 1. And Regarding someone says that it's your work to wait or something has Told you By anyone either by driver or somebody you can told us that time that some misbehave has done by someone to us .One more thing sir honestly want to ask if driver sometime might be gets delayed to pick you up did your any sight seeing points get missed. So how can it justify regarding Irresponsible if we promise we definitely fulfilled Don't put false allegations ok Sir.
3) Clueless : Again i what terms clueless sir if we were clueless we didn't help you out regarding making your plan & The Major Part The North Sikkim which everyone know it is closed & You also know as you are in Sikkim itself what the weather condition is going on their. Regarding Alternate sight seeing as every place is included in your package .So what's left was Yuksom which is a kind of Off Place in Sikkim we make you roam around 7 also rest other sight seeing Points also their like tarey Bhir Point and Many more if you don't like yuksom then it's your point of View and the word you use Nala type of Lake if it is soo then why you come to Sikkim sir for insulting the beauty of Sikkim which is not Fair. We help you manage also what else you can cover the sight seeing points as every place & Points is included in your package already Like Pelling -Ravangla Buddha Park ,Namchi Chardham & all. Each & every day we provide cab as you booked so cab is their with you for all 12 days.
4) Unorganised : How can it possible sir if we where unorganised so you contact us from your Reference People only so asked them also how we provide services to them & To you also .regarding Darjeeling Part as Tiger Hill Timing is Early Morning 4am but due to weather Conditions if somehow you go on that time also you couldn't able to see anything only Fog & Not even Sunrise as due to Rainy Season & Cloudy .All I want to say all our Drivers are on Time Nobody Misbehaves with you All best possible sight seeing Points we can roam you around we provide our Best But still the People like you who comes by getting 100% & Still Didn't satisfied They Only make this type of Fake & False Reviews to Us .After Roaming around Nicely. And Make the Good Company Image Very Bad & Effective ,Lastly want to say sir if you couldn't able to say something good please don't make somebody Empire so Bad.

Trip was excellent, well communicated , well cordinated amd value for money , however the travel was too hectic , if it would be planned in such away that trave time could ne resucwd would have been fabulous , was a but hectic on daily travel

Onn Tour was excellent in providing support. The Cab driver booked throughout the tour was excellent and very supportive.
The traffic in town. It's nightmare better to avoid Cabs in town if you're with family.
