We booked our Meghalaya trip through Tour Planner – OnnTour Vacations, and the tour package was very affordable and well-organized. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Our coordinator, Debarshi Dutta Choudhury, was extremely supportive, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the journey. The only drawback was the season we chose for our visit. A few waterfalls had les (Read More)s water, which was slightly disappointing, and occasional heavy traffic congestion affected some of our plans. Despite this, the trip was truly memorable. Wei Sawdong Falls,Krang Suri Waterfall, dwaki river boating were absolutely breathtaking and the highlights of our Meghalaya tour. I would definitely recommend OnnTour Planner for their professionalism and excellent coordination

The agency was unknowledgeable but seemed more interested in getting the tour over with than answering questions."
This tour was a complete waste of money. 1 -The agency demonstrated a lack of destination knowledge, resulting in an itinerary that was flawed, impractical, and ultimately constituted a waste of time and money. This highlights a failure in professional planning and preparation. 2. The accommodation provided was unhygienic and substandard. Furthermore, the agency charged an exorbitant price, (Read More)estimated to be three times (3X) the actual market cost of the lodging, indicating deceptive pricing practices. home stay costing us of 12600 per night however when the market cost is 2200 per night and poor quality stay. 3. Rigid and Unreasonable Policy on Unforeseen Circumstances The agency invoked a "zero cancellation and changes" policy and refused to make any adjustments, when a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances necessitated a change. failing to account for client safety and unpredictable events.

With Due Respect Sir want to know in which terms you are saying that agency has a lack of knpwledge as you planned to visit to Meghalaya you should know that Meghalaya is all about to adventure travel (Read More) and trekking to the waterfalls as winter arrives obviously the density of waterfalls is not that much and visiting sight seeing places you need to travel a little long journey will be there.

About Accommodation, if you need a premium facilities hotels then you must need to select earlier only because we do mention Each & Every hotel name in our day wise itinerary plan and if we charge 12600 per night sir then it may not come in your total package cost which we don't want to mention here.

Lastly If you cancelled the one accommodation stay and tell us to shift it to other place, of course no Hotel management is going to cancel it without cancellation charges and with no proper cancellation reason .We try our best to help you out but if you don't like the destination then it's your point of view not our lack of knowledge.

We provide you all safe places and stay as well .Their's no harm in our night stay and places.
