I booked 5D,4N honeymoon package from naveen travels for 40 inr. It was a wonderful and awesome trip, ever had a experience before. Worth for money. Apart from service good support ontime response, ni (Read More)ce hotel stay, food, pickup drop. Special thanks for flower bed decoration, cable light dinner facing beach side in havelock it was beautiful moments with photoshoot also in radhanagar beach and snorkelling activity in elephant beach..
There are some slag in hotels like power cut for 1 hour randomly in a day taking time to start the generator other than stay are very luxurious, good service, hygiene...
Overall the trip gives not only a memories given us a good moments, emotions feels to recollect again after some years so once again special thanks to naveen travel for this happen....

Naveen Travel make is one of the best and budget friendly package who organize trip very Neatly and customizable also.
Last year we had trip to Andaman, they looked after everything and arranged all t (Read More)he facility for us. We were very happy with their service.
This year we planned for Thailand and we contacted Naveen Travel make, they even arranged the trip for Thailand (Bangkok and pattaya) , All the arrangements were fabulous and we dint face any problem.

Recently( in the first week of OCT) we went for 5N-6D trip through this agency. They changed hotels of not our choice after taking advance payment and told cock & bull stories like non availability& s (Read More)ame category hotels etc even tough we paid advance amount 25 days prior to our travel.we opted & charged for 4 rooms and provided 3 rooms only.
Don’t believe the words of mr. Sasidharan in their team. He voluntarily prepare booking itinerary with Full of mistakes to confuse you. He gave us all false promises. He took money for royal class travel in ferry and provided economy/ luxury class.

We regret for the inconvenience happened during the trip. As hotel rooms got sold out on your travel days. We changed the hotels. But we have given same 4* Category Hotels and Resor (Read More)ts only. On Ferry we have taken luxury costings and given royal class seats only. That we have upgraded only.
Regret for the things happened on the Hotel changes. But we have provided the best service as promised in the itinerary.

Roja who was the owner personally ensured th (Read More)at any concerns faced were sorted in a friendly and professional manner. This 10 day experience is something my family will remember for a while.
I seen few negative review about them too. Please understand even as a travel agency you cannot expect them to do wonders or magic when you make last minute plans. Plan in advance and you will see how an amazing experience they will ensure you go through.

Don't use the service of Naveen Travel Make as they will make arrangements for you but don't expect good services from them. I booked my honemoon trip through them and it didn't go as expected. They j (Read More)ust did what they had to, to make it very average. Most Hotels booked by them were bad and a couple of them were good.
Expect service lags and unprofessional service from them.

We have given our best service to you. Which we have given in the quote. Not even a single changes was made to your itinerary. Payment modes also we have cleared to you b (Read More)efore your tour starts. And you have taken the trip to North Part of Andaman which having minimum hotels and we given the best one only . Your tour was arranged one day before you arriving Andaman. Last min booking, We given our best service only.
As you have did arguments with us for the things which we dont include in the package.
We have clearly mentioned the Supplement charges for the activities and honeymoon inclusions.If you want to add these things during your tour you have to pay extra as we said. This is common thing for all the travellers. But from your point that these supplement things which we have mentioned in the quote,we should provide free of cost. How it would be possible. And hotels also they provided the deluxe category AC Rooms only. Without any reason you want to change the hotels. Hope you understand the things. This is not fair like writing the review about our company in this manner,after getting good services from us.

Overall trip management was good but hotel rooms provided could be more better. Although hotels locations were good but rooms provided should be at least deluxe class. Ferry booked should be in privat (Read More)e cruises. Proper guide should be provided at the beginning of the tour so one can know the attractions briefly.

At all the four hotels we stayed, the bed cover and pillow covers were dirty and definitely used ones. Only when i noticed and asked, they changed with washed ones. This is highly deplorable.

They give you false and fake promises. Keeps your expectations higher till last moment and finally say they couldn't get tickets for ferry (Havelock & Ross, North Bay) and take you to some local place (Read More)s which are not even worth it. Not worth the money they ask. Planning a trip ourselves will be more easy, cheap and peaceful rather than going for this Naveen travel make
