It was simply superb trip. Ms Monica was too helpful. Hotels provided were par excellent. The trip duration was just appropriate. Thank you Monica madam....

I had a very bad experience with this travel agency which i would like to share. This agency provides referral commissions to its customers if the pkg is done by the recommended party. I got a package of Kerala made by Holiday Circle/ Southern Holidays situated at Noida whose owners are Sreedip & Suresh. Full payment was made to them. Problem started from the very first day. Tempo traveller broke (Read More)down in the way & they had to get down & push. They faced problems with the hotels also. In spite of several calls to them they did not offer any help. This trip was completed in september 2016 but till now they have not paid me the referral commission promised by them. They dont answer my calls & have put my number on the block list. This type of agency is cheating people & their business partners also. I request you all to be aware of this type of agencies.

Firstly Thank you for the reviews that you posted , However I think the reviews you have mentioned is nothing to do with any Service issue to any of the clients who had trave (Read More)lled with us . There was a minor glitch in the Service of the vehicle which i guess was sorted on the very first day . Rest the grievience that you had mentioned is of the referral amount - which we have reviewed and seen that the referral program had started quite after the booking which was done for your client thus it does not make you eligible for the referral amount .

I am sure that you will accept that there was no service glitch or any deviation from out commitments.

Nice experience except some disturbance at Manali. I am yet to receive the cost of the cancelled flight from Katra to New Delhi.

Trip to Kerala

Trip Arranged for us is quite good. But Main Issue are Arrangement of driver is not proper. Driver is new for the route & he is not aware of the places to visit also is not aware about the roads. The places that our knowledge were searched through Google Map & also drive according to Google map. This creates loss of time.we Lost so many places due to time management. Though the driver is co-oper (Read More)ative & in good nature. He tried to collect the information from local person as he can.
