We had a wonderful experience on our Masai Mara trip, and a big part of that credit goes to Jackie for curating such a thoughtfully planned package.
The overall itinerary was excellent, with just the (Read More) right number of days to truly enjoy the wildlife and landscapes of Kenya without feeling rushed. The level of customization was impressive, and special care was taken to accommodate our requests. A special mention for arranging great food, including Indian meals, and ensuring our hotel stay matched exactly what we had asked for.
From a wildlife perspective, we were fortunate to see most of the iconic animals Kenya is known for. The safari experience itself was rewarding, and we were given good viewing opportunities throughout.
Sharing one area of improvement purely as constructive feedback. While our guide ensured good sightings, he was not very proactive in sharing information about the animals. We often had to ask questions to understand what we were seeing, their behavior, or their habitat. A guide with more enthusiasm, deeper wildlife knowledge, and proactive storytelling would significantly elevate the experience. There were also moments where timings felt a bit restrictive when we were keen on longer safaris.
That said, the trip as a whole was fantastic, well organized, and very memorable. We truly appreciated the effort Jackie put into curating this experience and would recommend the agency to others, especially with the suggestion that guide proactiveness and wildlife knowledge be emphasized.
Overall, a great experience and one we thoroughly enjoyed.
Great Experience
Recently took a 7-day trip through parts of Kenya, set up by Jackline of Mara Infinity Safaris. Excellent service and communications, great responsiveness to changing schedules and q (Read More)uick actions saved this trip from becoming a partial disaster due to airline hickups and flight delays.
Our tour guide and driver, Henry was a great guy; very knowledgable and robust driver. We really had a great time from Nairobi to Amboseli to Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru.
Thank you Jackline and team for this truly memorable experience. Will definitely use their services for future safaris to Serengeti and Kruger.

We visited Amboseli national park, Lake Nakaru and Masai Mara in our 6D5N honeymoon trip.
The entire trip was amazing and enthralling to say the least. Many thanks to Jacky for organizing everyt (Read More)hing without a hassle. All the stays were comfortable and we got to witness a kill at Maasai Mara and many other animal sightings as well.
Sam (our guide) is truly sincere and dedicated to his profession, such a lovely soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to show us Kenya.
We would happily visit Kenya again in the near future with our families.

4 of us women (3 over 70 and 1-30ish) absolutely loved the service of Mara Infinity. We were picked up from the airport timely and treated with great respect. The tour guide team (Jacky (the Leader) a (Read More)nd 3 drivers) were very flexible with us changing our itinerary on the go. We were in Nairobi for 6 days, 7 nights and EVERYTHING was safe exciting. Our drivers were GREAT - most of my pictures are of the traffic in Nairobi. Totally, AMAZING!! I am using my videos for a movie - The New Death Race 2000, parts 1 -6!! No accidents and NO road rage -Amazing!!! I will use them again n again n again.
