After the trip started they were just concerned about the money. We were forced to pay whole amount of trip before doing the check in the hotel. We were told on chat that if we don't pay-the cab will stop and they will not be responsible for this

Trip to Gangtok

The people of the place were very good and friendly,it's a must visit place and about the travel agency, despite the communication gap, everything was provided on time according the itinerary plan.
The hotel facility could have been better. Hotels were at the right location but the service was not up to the mark. Basic maintenance was lacked, broken cupboards, small insects etc which can be improved with little care.
