Very poor management. Make false promises. Tour cancelled due to carona but they did not return money. Koala management days take any action but we will not return money.Never book your with koala.
• Trip to Dubai
It was not as promised .From day one we were made to wait for about 45 minutes to an hour in the lobby of the hotel for pick ups for sight seeing.We had to call them but they never either picked up th (Read More)e phone or just told us to wait giving some excuses. The result was we didn't get enough time for sight seeing. Their team in Dubai is not helpful and proficient. We were 5 persons in the group and were told that we would get a separate vehicle. This happened only to pick up from airport on day 1.Later we had to wait for other people who were late always. We suffered because of their poor coordination. It totally spoilt our fun .

Please avoid them because they are very polite and cooperative unless and until you book your holidays then they may or may not pick your phone even. The flight was at 3.35 in the morning and we were (Read More)dropped at the airport at 6 pm almost 9 hours before flight. They didn't arrange a taxi to pick us from the hotel even though they promised at the time of booking. But later they turned hostile. There are several things which i may not be able to mention here.

Best experience with koala tour. best hotels at affordable price. all staff is very co-operative. Thnaks to Mr. Abhinash and Mr. Rajan for handling everything and giving us such a memorable trip. Do c (Read More)ontcat koala travels before planning for any vacation.

• Trip to Krabi, Phuket
Overall trip was good but need to improvement. They covered three things...
Hotel stay , transportation and tours.
Stay, Red ginger chic resort was very good.
Transportation, first day the (Read More)y send private car but after that mini bus was there for all, Phuket to krabi transfers even air port transfers. They committed privet car.
Tours, out of three, two was very good. Third was partially covered and rest we did from our self.
Mr. Karan and Rajan from Koala management, was available on the whatsup messenger through out the trip.

It would be better if the management also provides lunch
