Firstly,
We are not very sorry to hear this review by your end the way you people treat driver like they are your personal slave .The way you agree with the payment terms and after arriving we ha (Read More)ve to beg you for money that no travel agent will tolerate the way you being a lady treat a sales executive at late night this shows how unprofessional you are . In the Mid of tour unfortunately the cars tyre got punctured that is technically common with all vehicles you have denied to continue without clearing payment and at the mid of night driver was asking payment like beggars.

• Trip to Sikkim
We, group of 4, just completed trip to Zuluk -Gangtok- Lachung with Kadambari Tours, Siliguri. Their services were pathetic and thoroughly unprofessional. They collected the full amount from us and di (Read More)d not pay to the homestay in Zuluk, which came to us as a rude shock when we were refused room in Mukhiya Homestay, Zuluk, after our arrival. The matter of nonpayment was told to us by one Ms. Sumitra, the hotel manager.
In Lachung, they promised one hotel initially which was okayed by me. At last moment, they chnaged it to a lousy property which has unclean toilets, malfunctioning cistern, health faucet.
Finally, in terms of vehicle, during booking it was asked and agreed as Innova only. For Lachung trip, they allotted an old, poor conditioned Scorpio.
On phone, during discussion on the above points, they sounded arrogant and always justified their actions.
Overall, i would say, Kadambari Tours & Travels is a rouge travel co, Travellers should be cautious while dealing with this agency

Sir Non compliance of Payment was from your side to us. On the day of arrival you were supposed to make payment as per policy but you didn’t. Even till last date our your tour you clear (Read More)ed balance amount after our several follow ups.
Changes in itinerary happened due to closer of North Sikkim. Still we did all changes seeking your permission and with your concern
In Earlier Hotel Booking Rooms were of less price with bit low category rooms compared to Your updated Pelling Hotel, Gangtok Hotel and Darjeeling Hotel. All Hotels and there rooms were costly but still we didn’t charged any extra money from you.
Everytime our executives were on call with you related to service. Therefore kindly do not put such rereviews which are not valid.

the tour poorly planned giving us shabby hotels and accommodation, there was no pains taken in including good destination sites. Despite my repeated msgs kadambari is not providing the bill for visit
