I like the cordinate till the end of the trip full supportive members
• Trip to Dehradun, Mussoorie, Nainital
-The Mussoorie( Landor and Danulti ) is a such a beautiful place and one can peacefully cover all the places in 3-4 days.
- The stay in Mussoorie ( Forest View Hotel and Restaurant) was too good. I (Read More) would again go there and just to stay in that rooms facing the green lush mountains.
The main problem with the travel agent is the communication.
Cons:
- The Driver who was assigned to us was not fully informed that we were 5 people on the trip. He didn't even have the carrier on the car to carry our luggage , it was cramped , as one had to sit on the 3rd row with all our luggage. This was very tiring.
- The Driver also kept on discouraging us not to spend more than 2 days in Mussoorie , this is a bad idea and he doesn't know why the travel agent guys suggested this itinerary. For some reason he wanted us to take to Rishikesh so badly.
- Good that we didn't listen to driver and made sure we covered all the places listed and it look us like 3 full days.
- One more suggestion we really repent accepting is the cab journey from Delhi to Dehradun . This was the most difficult and long journey we ever had. The driver look a different route to avoid toll charges ( which we found out while returning to Delhi from Dehradun) and this unnecessarily added more hours which resulted in us not roaming in Dehradun according to the itinerary set. We could have taken a flight to Dehradun from Delhi , this would have saved us lot of time and energy.
- The HotelWale travel agent should be even more transparent in their communication. At one point they made them feel like we chose a wrong agent for your travel.
• Trip to Dalhousie
Those 2 stars are for hotel they provided, they have no proper planning- they just randomly gave us some places that can’t be visited in one single day. How can they plan 2 places that are completely (Read More)opposite on a single day? Half of the places aren’t covered completely left including the places.At 1st they told they charge per day and took extra just to drop us in Delhi, again at last day they said you are charged as per kms and they said you need to come back to Delhi a day before - one whole day was wasted. Luckily we had friends in Delhi and we could crash at there place at 2am in the morning.. what if we didn’t know anyone? The girl who planned for us tried convincing us otherwise even when she know what’s happening was wrong. When driver was driving we had our hearts in our hands that harsh driving it was.
I would not personally recommend this for people unless you make your own plan properly. (Where agency should do it) you can’t just give 22500/- for 5 days just like that - that too 5th day was completely gone. 4th day mid night they left us in Delhi.
In total it was bad experience.
• Trip to Corbett National Park, Nainital
Trip organised by Hotelwale was very cost effective and value for money. Hotel at Nainital and the vehicle arranged for the tour was very good and due care has been taken by them to make the trip over all enjoyable and wonderful!!
Hotel at Jim Corbett was not upto mark as per our expectations as it was located in interior and driver was reluctant to take us in the hotel due to narrow approach road.
• Trip to Dalhousie, Palampur
Hotelwale helped us with our trip and they gave us a very detailed itinerary and we could explore lot of new places due to their support. A must recommended Agent.
• Trip to Dehradun, Haridwar, Mussoorie, Rishikesh
It was really an amazing and memorable trip, Hotelwale did a real good job in planning, the stay there were provided were absolutely stunning as per our requirements, they were really friendly and wel (Read More)l communicative throughout, I would like to thank for this wonderful one.
I would like to Thanks Hotelwala and Piyush for getting us such an amazing Manali package. It was hassle free and very pleasant experience, accommodation & food was also good. I will recommend Hotelwa (Read More)la if you planning any trip in upcoming future. Thanks you!!
