Some stays didn’t had WiFi

All well. But more transperancy required about hotel room booking and whereabouts of hotel.
• Trip to Dalhousie
The cab & it's driver & accommodation at Dalhousie.
Accommodation at McLeodganj which was awful & looked very shady & cheap place.
Not far t for family accommodation.

Taxi Driver was a good man
These people make big promises but once you reach destination they do not even pick up the phone. They take some money from you and rest you have to pay every where like at hotels, taxi etc so you can not do anything. They do not help you once you reach at location not even pick up the phone. They wasted our whole day as they told us different hotel and when we reached that hotel then we came to (Read More)know that our booking was in different hotel Which took us 4 hours to reach that substandard hotel and when I called these people to know the reason no one picked up the phone, even Mr. Priyavrat did not answer my calls and messages even he was online and read all my messages.
I would suggest to book everything on your own instead of these people to avoid unnecessary stress and time waste.
One more point that they told me AC taxi but the taxi driver told me that non AC taxi was booked for us.

We enjoy are trip of Shimla by booking with Himalayan Tour.
Team was very Supportive during the Tour & be avilable on Phone when we required.
I recommend to use Himalayan Tour Services once atleast.
Hotel Minaras was Excellent.
Food Was Not good At Hotel.
Specially East View Hotel.
No dental Kit provide at East View Hotel.
