Nothing
"⚠️ BEWARE! Do not book with this agency. They sold me a 4-star package and downgraded us to 3-star hotels without notice. They are now ghosting me for my Nathula Pass refund and being extremely unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere! @HimalayanMusafir #ScamAlert"

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We were two people travelling with a dog, yet the promised hotels were not provided and were replaced with downgraded options without consent. The Innova Crysta promised was also not provided. Despite finalising the price in advance, it was increased at the last moment citing hotel changes. Their operations manager, Karan, was rude, misbehaved, (Read More)and even threatened to ruin the trip, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, this service involved false promises, poor coordination, and unprofessional behaviour. Worst decision—I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had an unforgettable experience with this himalayan musafir tour company in Spiti Valley! The itinerary was well-planned, safe, and filled with breathtaking views. A special thanks to Geetanjali ma’am for her constant support, care, and guidance throughout the trip—her warm presence truly made the journey even more special. Highly recommended!
