recently travelled wth this company on 31st july to himachal, as the weather was not good trip was not successful, no refund given as per d rules of company. paid them 43k from 45k ..only 2k was balance.. they helped me in arranging but whn we ran out of money as we were stranded near chandertal for full one day... I told ms mansi n there own hotel manager that I will pay just (Read More)2000rs whn I reach Delhi, but there payment head ms ankita c just crossed all her limits for 2k.. c went on my dad threatened us n top of dat Stopped our car midway to delhi ....c went so low for just 2k ...imagine guys if d money wld be more toh what hv c done.... paisa itna bhi zaroori nahi hota ki tum kisi ki izzat utar do woh bhi sirf 2k ke liye ...think twice guys what happened wth me can happen wth u all too ..ms ankita NVR treat everyone alike all r different.... ankita n himalayan musafir u owe me an apology for d way u treated me n d way u spoke wth me n going on my dad was vvv unethical for just 2000rs

I am an orthopedician surgeon, telling this so you don't think that I am from some other travel agency.
One of the worse trip of my life and unfortunately with my family.
This travel agency doesn't (Read More) take any responsibility. There car is big waste l which should not be taken even if they provide it for free. Driver was a big time alcoholic, who was not willing to take any responsibility.
Whatever hotels they have shown us before the starting of trip, they have changed each and every hotel.
I am telling you guys, not to take this agency.
They are waste and if you are not willing to risk your life and your parents life, please don't take from them.

This travel company at the time of taking package they will talk very politely. never ever trapped by Muneesh/Munner(Sales Manager) and priyanka (Sales Executive) they are liars.

Suggestion for customers-1)never ever pay full money to them before the trip end

We booked for Kashmir and are regretting it till date now!!
first, they sold big dreams but then we went to the trip..NIGHTMARE!!!
I will tell you what happened, then it's upto you to book with thes (Read More)e traveler agency or not. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK
1. We had a trip to kashmir -> NO HOUSEBOAT ON DAL LAKE.
2. The housboat checkin-> had to wait till 2 PM exact for checkin -> the houseboat was too dirty - dirty bedsheets, dirty floor, dirty and smelly washroom!!
3. We checked out -> the hotel didn't say a word regarding it but the traveler ate our ears -> started humiliating us
4. We checked in to another hotel, but it was only the beginning of nightmare from HIMAYALAN MUSAFIR.
5. There has been no day in the trip they didn't threaten us.
6. They with their driver threaten us to take away our luggage or sometimes threatened us to take us to police station -> for what crime? for not staying at dirty hotels and houseboat!

Very very harassing and torturous experience with the behaviour of Madam Arti and her Boss lady as well as the package given by Himalayan Musafir. I took a package through Himalayan Musafir for Kash (Read More)mir tour in the end of August 2023, this was the worst package made in my life. shikara booked by them was very very dirty and unhygienic moreover it was not booked at Dal Lake and the sales officer of the traveller hide about all these things. Hotels were also very dirty, food and all the things make us weap. This was not the end here, when we changed our hotels, they alongwith the driver provided by them threatened us in our whole journey. They did not end here by commanding the driver took us to the Police Station, you know why? Because we did not compromised with their dirty and unhygienic booked hotels and changed with the others.
I donot know how they are showing their ratings, may be purchased by them. Practically the staff, Mam Arti and her big boss Lady behaviour was torturous. Whole journey the driver obeyed their irrelevant demands and pressured us to stay on their booked hotels, it was our ONLY mistake that we changed all the booking made through them so the driver turned his cab to police station. Very very dangerous and uncomfortable the local driver provided by them, who took us to police station, for the fault of changing the booked hotels of Himalayan Musafir.
I really pray to all the readers with my folded hands not to book through this travel agency otherwise you loose all your money and piece of mind through out the whole journey and regret your whole life to go over that place because the experience given by them will again remind you the bad behaviour of driver and the staff who all around the journey spoiled tour by calling and abusing the tourist regularly.

Instead of booking thorugh HIMALAYAN MUSAFIR, I suggest to book hotel online and taxi.
I visited Kashmir this May.
1.Changed hotels and houseboat few days before the flight. Changed hotels and h (Read More)ouseboat for Srinager were pathetic.
2. On arriving Srinager, we went to hotel and owner told us that no booking by himalayan. talked to Sarika and didn't get resolution, We booked hotel ourselves. They refunded after several follow-up and not the full amount for hotel.

Why I tell you not to book a tour with a Himalayan Musafir traveller?
Here is the reason.
1.Those people are more concerned about their money and commission than you.
2. He will keep you hanging t (Read More)ill the last moment.
3. If you negotiate, then you will give your hotel and car facilities on that basis.
4. Cheat with you at the last moment.
5. Hold your car at the time of the return tour.
6.They change your destination and hotel at the last movement.Jab aapka sab plan ho jaata hai tab or daughter bimar ho .
Ek toh ap Paisa bhi kharcho or apko tamis nahi esa bolke apko Sarika teaching class b dengi ....
7.SARIKA - The one who troubled us the most. Threatened and even cheated (for the Hotel)
8. If the driver and transporter have to see everything, then why give 70% pay to the tour people.
9. Apko dhamkiya bhi milengi or apko e bhi batya jaye ga ki adhe raste Guest ko utar denha - Sarika or uske Kasmir tour vale ..
So i strongly recommend not booking any tour from the Himalayan Musafir -Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir ,
I give their rating below zero or minus . We were very upset but they could not help us.
So think about booking before booking from Himalaya Musafir ...???

I got Kashmir Package From Himalayn Musafir in June -2023, there services are worst and disgusting. There team did not had any coordination with nither with driver nor with Hotels. They provided me th (Read More)e car to which I had to give hand push number of times to get start. Also the employee - Jannat Sharma misbehaved with us when we complained her about there car and all. Overall there services are worst, never ever take your from them

Worst service I have ever seen before.
They trick us with hidden facts, we can never trust them. While speaking they promise something,in vochure they will give something Later they will say you have (Read More)n't checked properly the vochure and it's final.
Driver is also not accountable to them we have to keep on begging driver to on ac in vehicle and cover places.
