Kashmir was an overall decent experience. The travel associate were easy to communicate.
Travel associate were not aware of which places are open or closed and it caused inconvenience to us. Also one of the hotels they provided had lot of issues including power cuts.

I recently went with my family on a 7-days, 6-nights package tour to Kashmir with Happy Jacks, and I must say—it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! Everything from planning to execution was handled smoothly by Ms.Aneesha, and they really delivered on their promise of a "worry-free holiday."
Happy Jacks arranged excellent stays at scenic locations. The hotels were clean, cozy, (Read More) and offered beautiful views. It felt like living in a dream!
We had a private vehicle with a courteous and friendly driver, Muzamil Ah, arranged by Happy Jacks. He was very knowledgeable about the region and made sure we never missed any must-see spots. His local tips made the journey even more enjoyable.
The customer service from Happy Jacks was top-notch. They checked in regularly to make sure everything was going smoothly, and they were quick to handle any small issues we had. Their local support team in Kashmir was always a call away.
This trip was everything I hoped for and more. Kashmir truly is paradise on Earth, and Happy Jacks made it feel safe, luxurious, and totally memorable. I highly recommend them if you're planning a trip to Kashmir—they take care of everything so you can just soak in the beauty.?

Everyday throughout the journey and before journey I called mam everyday. Not a single day that she has not received my call. Always she received my calls and replied me. Also they have provided me a facility to pay the payments in parts. On last day Owais sir who is basically the Owner of this company very down to earth n humble personality came to the hotel to meet us and asked if We had any issue during the journey or not. All the hotels they have given was just 4 start properties with great service and co-operative staff.
Surely, I would choose Happy jacks
as my Travel Planner for future journeys.
