What's Good: All the arrangements were good, and all transitions were hustle free and smooth. Ms Ann was always very proactive in response and customizing our visit based on our requirement. (Read More)Our tour guide, Brandon in Danang was very good and we enjoyed his company. I would recommend Halu Vietnam Tours to all people who wants luxury vacation without any stress.
What's Not Good: Hotel we stayed were very good but breakfast option was not Indian friendly. Everything had Pork and Beef. They can include some better options in chicken and fish and vegetarian.

First time we have experienced this much h (Read More)ospitality in a foreign country!A special thanks to Ms Han , the person behind the tour she made sure everything is as perfect as it can be,she is a gem of a person and an amazing amazing person!!!We literally look forward to making more trips with her. she was there with us 24 7 and was always available with everything we needed or wanted.So we visited da nang first and phong was our guide , Super caring and amazing even made sure everyone crossed the road . He did things he didn’t even need to do which weren’t part of his duty.He was an excellent human being super nice.He managed everything with so much effort and efficiency that we are super happy and impressed by the kindness people have showed in here.Then we went to Saigon and were welcomed by Mr Law , He was so generous and welcoming we thought we were India, he was so fluent in English , told us everything about his country culture sang songs for us. He was the most bubbly person and a family man, he told stories about his family and how caring and an honest man he was . We booked our 10 day trip via Halu tours and it was perfect ! Booking requires a lot of thought and time to time management for a smooth experience and thanks to them we were able to enjoy a wonderful (Read More) time. Most important of all: communication- we landed- our driver was ready, he already knew our airbnb location and if there was a problem at all even late night our operator miss Anne would gladly help out. Next day our route was already set with stops in between for lunch and every single one of the tour guides provided were knowledgeable and friendly, they also helped out with other personal needs like finding places for shopping particular items. Overall as a family of 4 our experience was very smooth and we definitely recommend it to our friends ?✨️

It was excellent traveling with halu vietnam travel. We had a 7 nights 8 days trip covering all the major tourist spots like hanoi, halong bay, da nang, ho chi minh without even a single problem, be i (Read More)t travelling,be it pickup from hotels or from airports we didn't had any problems. I was traveling with my parents they enjoyed the stays in hotels booked by them,the itinerary made by halu is good and price comfortable. The tour guides were also good in English and very humble. I have searched many tours n travels in Vietnam but halu was wonderful. The cars were all comfortable to move n sit as described by them in d itinerary. We had a pleasant n wonderful time staying in Vietnam. And Han is wonderful and tina is amazing in her work of tour guide.

We had the best ever International holiday in Vietnam thanks to Halu and team. We were there for 10 days(Saigon,Hoi An,Da Nang,Halong Bay and Hanoi) and Halu made sure that everything was taken care (Read More)of. She herself came to pick us up in Saigon and arranged best possible Hotels and vehicles for us. Everything was as per the itinerary and nothing was missed.From picking us from Saigon airport to dropping us back to Hanoi airport after completion of the tour everything was well organized. We had compared multiple agents before choosing Halu Holidays and it was worth it. As we had informed that we are vegetarians they had arranged veg food for us everywhere. All in all it was very memorable trip .Kudos to Halu&Team.

Recently wrapped up a 6 day trip to Vietnam planned and organized by Halu. I covered Ninh Bing, Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Ho Chin Minh city including transfer from airport, a boat cruise and private guid (Read More)ed tour to destinations. Dont think enough can be said about the hospitality, professionalism, promptness and quality of experience Halu and her team gave us. It was excellently planned and most importantly our entire family of 7 were never made to feel like tourists. We were always looked after, always prompty taken care of and any requirement we raised was addressed immediately by them. I would 100% and more recommend traveling with them as they truly focus on travel experience and nothing else distracts them.

I got contact of few travel agents through Trip Crafters however Halu Vietnam Tours were the most responsive and offered best prices and the best itinerary in the time we had covering Hanoi, Ninh Binh (Read More), Halong Bay Cruise and Ho Chi Minh. I had thought it would be hectic due to the number of places packed in but the level of personalization made it a pleasure. In fact, we were thinking they must be new and have less clients and therefore trying to please. I was surprised they are running for 6 years now and there were other groups of Halu tours also alongwith. The restaurants they chose were amazing. We had told for Vietnamese food through out but one dinner we wanted Indian and they very happily changed it. Keep it up.
