At the time of booking they will convenience u by showing good hotel and house boats after that when u will visit the thinks r totally different.
When u will tell any thing they will give u different (Read More) regions the payment is fully made u will not be able to do any thing.

We appreciate when our customers take time to review us but i think you are confused about the part where you wrote about we provide different services than what we have comm (Read More)itted. Hotels and houseboat, we already mentioned the names and category in the package so client can do their own research and give us the final confirmation. We booked everything according to your confirmation. Now if you will go there in hotel and find the room small and not up to your taste than you can always upgrade your room but that wont be done free of cost as we have never taken extra or more amount from you for that service. You have to pay for that from your own pocket sir. Hope you understand our side also, we never want our customer to suffer in any situation.

The trip was good, I won't state that to excellent because I might have a different expectation for it but yes overall the service was smooth and trip was hassel free so i gave five stars to it. Altho (Read More)ugh it was a bit jittery in some places but exceptions where doesn't happen. A favorable budget gave us delightful trip and on time to time feed back was taken as well.

Because according to th (Read More)e support we have provided you on trip. You never had any issue or complain from any service or property. We do know about you missing your flight and not paying the houseboat vendor after taking the service. If that is what you are talking about than we are sorry to say that we won't be any help to you in that case. Because we have to pay vendors anyhow after talking their service and you missing your flight was not due to driver.

WORST TRAVEL AGENCY - BOYCOTT THEM COMPLETELY
Dear All, I would like to share my most recent experience with Guruji Travels. Its one of the corrupted travel agency who charges hell out of money for a very basic trip. They send itinerary to custom (Read More)ers without themselves reviewing the same, distance from city to location, distance from hotel to sight seeing. Extremely poor services. Their customer care team (Ms. Simran) most useless person with poor professionalism. Mr. Vivek who claims to be a manager at Guruji Travels is the most disgusting person who doesn't now how to manage customers, they dont even bother to check with their clients whether they reached safely or not. They book your vehicle at a ridiculous price and most amazingly they don't share information with the chauffer about pick-up, drop, itinerary etc. We have booked 5 days trip to Coorg, Kabini and Waynand and we end up doing travel only and nothing called "Sight Seeing". they mentioned lot of places which doesnt even exist on map. They make complete fool. Please boycott them completely if you want to save your money. All their testimonials mentioned at their website as fake and has been posted by their own employees only. I have filed their complaint in consumer court and soon they will get summon. BOYCOTT THEIR AGENCY AND SUCH PEOPLE.

Please do not ever travel with these people. Our tempo which thy allocated to us was totally un maintained and it caught fire while on the roads with us all in it.

Best trip of my life. I went to trip on my honeymoon and it's really amazing and fun. Great activities are there for fun like a river rafting, paragliding,zip line, bungee jumping etc. All activities (Read More)and adventure are good. Best part of our trip is our driver. Mr.Mukesh, best driver ever I met. So gentleman and so well behaved.

As you had mentioned here that Rs.1000/- was paid by you to Hotel for earlier Check Inn, so for that i wou (Read More)ld like to tell everyone viewing this review that its clearly mentioned in the Quote given to you that Early Check Inn facility will be charged extra but then also our Driver had paid Rs.1000 on your behalf to make the services satisfying.
We feel really bad that time when we done that much for you for customer satisfaction and you are saying that the amount paid by you sir.
About the Driver you are telling, our Operations team was in touch with you in your entire tour and you had never escalated such issue then how can we get to know these situations.
But again, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We had taken your suggestions and we will take care of all things in future.

Guruji traveling company staff is good and they provided proper help but my driver Rajesh cheated me he asked us to buy a fake chingu blanket scheme in manali we bought scheme but when i asked him to (Read More) go to shop for return blanket he refused me

Driver is not good and exploits the passengers a lot , does not know any places where to take the passengers and ask the passengers to put the address in google maps and guide him the route
Every foo (Read More)d , lunch and dinner they are dependent on passengers which is not good and when we complain the travels they wont even take any action .
Even the tool and parking fees is charged but they wont refund and they wont even revert for that poor travels and does not know to handle situation .
They wont even call the passengers who had booked at anytime to ask how was the experience anytime because they are aware of it earlier itself.
If the passenger doesn't know language they exploit them a lot.

You called our C (Read More)ustomer Care that Driver is asking for Toll Charges from you, at the same Point of Time our Representative informed you that the Amount is added in your Package and you do not need to pay Anything. If then also you are paying any amount to Driver without our Permission then who is responsible sir.
With Due respect, I would like to ask you, as you mentioned in your review that Driver Food was paid by you. You never called us that Driver is asking for Food Money when you were on Trip, not even a single time you informed us that you are facing any issue. After reaching home you called our Customer Care again and told them the whole story then how can we Help sir... At the same Moment why you had not raised any complain...?

First of all guruji travels is the company you can trust on guys .. what a honeymoon trip they planned for me. Excellent hotels and the food in hotels was so good. The best thing for me was the driver (Read More). Driver was so polite and well behaved and the cab was so clean.

Reckless driver and bad car
The driver was very reckless, rude, got into accident didn't stop when requested, paid for ac car but ac was not on. Never go through them. Wasted money put life on risk. Dipti told that everything wi (Read More)ll be great but got very very disappointed.
