if anyone is reading this review please please never ever use this Guruji Travels. please use it if you want to have worst travelling experience or even die. we were allocated driver Ankit/Akant Thakur and let me tell you he was the most arrogant, rash driver with disgusting car and broken car too. we went through Make My Trip and thats how we ended up with this car and driver. I am a British citi (Read More)zen and I planned this holiday to spend some lovely time with my parents. the trip was paid off and I was really looking forward to it. it ended up to be the most horrible, unsafe and scary trip of our lives. this driver's driving was so rough that I can't explain, we were constantly keeping an eye on road, none of us sat straight in his car, my mum had back spinal cord issue and his driving made it worst. we kept asking him to drive slow but he would arrogantly say ..how slow you want, may car will stole etc
..when I complained please clean the car he said its already clean. he would only take to food places where he got his commission. Make My Trip sent us an Iternary but this guy had his own Iternary he would only take us to places he wants us to see and controlled what we can see and what not. This Driver would drop us 20 to 25 mins away from the tourist spot and make us walk in spite of being told that my mum can't walk too much so take car as closer as you can. He never listened to us extremely arrogant and controlling we felt like we were at his mercy. we felt so unsafe when he drove us to nanitaal that our hearts were out of our mouth. he was overtaking on a hilly side where once a truck came in front of him while he was overtaking and then luckily truck was not driving with hight speed, he came back in the car line. we felt so unsafe and scared that we paid for our own taxi from Nanital to Delhi even though our taxi was all paid off and with that new taxi we saw how different our trip would have been had we been given a better car and a good driver we were so scared of him that we did zero sightseeing in nanitaal to avoid him. our trip was completely ruined. additionally all our clotes in suitcase got wet when he was driving us from mussoorie to rishikesh, we dint have single changing clotes at Rishikesh. I dont have words to express how unsafe and scared thus guy made us feel and left us feeling vunerable. we also tried to raise all.the concerns with Guruji Travells but what can we expect from them who has such unprofessional drivers. they always tried to side the driver and also the owner is rubbish Mr Ravi...he was like if guides you its a problem and if dosen't its a problem. lol really he wasn't guiding us he was misguiding us. Ravi please stop putting people's life in danger and ruining people's holidays. its a request please try some other business where you don't need to harras passengers.
Very very nice experience for package tour with Guruji Travels and especially services extended by Mr. Harsh Chauhan. The sightseeing, accommodation, transport, vehicle and driver of vehicle was nice and co operative. All services are very good. Thanks Guruji Travels and special thanks of Harsh Chauhan.

The car speed limit never crossed 80 km/hr. So we experience that it was time consuming.
hired cab for Himachal trip of 7 days. Cab was neet & clean. Driver was excellent . Safe driving and behaviour. Appriciete the continuous feedback by the central team.

Few days ago I went in a trip with guru ji travels it was a fantabulous trip we enjoyed alot and had lots of fun & the driver was good he helped us alot on a trip I suggest all of you to book your package with guru ji travels ???

At the time of booking they will convenience u by showing good hotel and house boats after that when u will visit the thinks r totally different.
When u will tell any thing they will give u different regions the payment is fully made u will not be able to do any thing.
This is there truth.

We appreciate when our customers take time to review us but i think you are confused about the part where you wrote about we provide different services than what we have comm (Read More)itted. Hotels and houseboat, we already mentioned the names and category in the package so client can do their own research and give us the final confirmation. We booked everything according to your confirmation. Now if you will go there in hotel and find the room small and not up to your taste than you can always upgrade your room but that wont be done free of cost as we have never taken extra or more amount from you for that service. You have to pay for that from your own pocket sir. Hope you understand our side also, we never want our customer to suffer in any situation.

We completed a great tour of Kerala last week and it was fabulously executed from the ease of communication during the booking process and the creation of the perfect itinerary.
