It was a memorable trip of Kashmir me and my wife had from August 13th to 18th .
Ms Mehnaz from GR travels took details of all our requirements and took care to include them all and gave a perfectly (Read More) crafted trip program and quote .
Ms Afreen of G.R.team who our tour manager took best care to see thatthe best pissible cozy hotels were booked and we were comfortable at all places .
She selected rooms of our choice and organised all that we required with utmost care .They provided us a good car to travel and the driver was smart and courtious .Ms Afreen made sure several times during the trip that our trip was going fine and gave instructions to hotels etc about our needs .
I would say the G.R team of Ms Mehnaj and Ms Afreen who were incharge of our travel trip did a great job and we would recommend to all our friends to use their services as they provide more value for money than others .

The hotels they have booked were good but not happy with the transportation. For first 2 day they sent a Tata indica which was in a worst condition and broke down when we were returning from pahalgam. (Read More) We were in car for 6 hours and whole day we wasted our time inside the car and didn’t do any sight seeing. The cab drivers will get commission for everything. They will take us to their known shop fir shopping. Very disappointed with the transportation.

We were a group of four travelling to Kashmir for the first time, and had booked the 8 days premium package with GR Travels. We thoroughly enjoyed the summer in Kashmir until the last day in Pahalgam (Read More)when torrential rains came down all over J&K. The beautiful mighty scenic Himalayas / the Chenab Bridge / Zojila Pass & the war memorial / traditional Kashmiri pashmina & carpet weaving / Apple Valley / the Mugal gardens / the Dal lake and so on. This memorable trip wouldn't have been possible without some beautiful people of GRT. Ms. Afreen who personalised the whole trip for us, and put us up in the best possible hotels with some breath taking views. Mr. Adil was of great help to us at every point by being a perfect remote guide (managing change of plans wherever needed), and ensuring our safety during the floods too.
Our personal driver from GRT, Mr.Parveez was a great friend & co-traveller throughout the trip. With his experience and knowledge of every nook & corner of J&K, he made it a point to see that we got soaked into the soul of Kashmir - be it their natural terrain, forest & vegetation, climate, traditions, culture, food, clothing etc.

Nice arrangements done by GR travels. Hotels dinning was excellent. House boat sikara ride was also superb but tempo traveller driver was not coprative. He create problems during tour. He did not stop (Read More)ped the vehicle anywhere in route.Stopped only on his place. Food at hotel Anurag katra was of poor quality and stale.

Had a wonderful trip to Jammu & Kashmir with Gr Travels. The supporting staff (especially Ms. Jasmine who was dealing with us)were a truly professional lot. My queries were promptly answered, suggesti (Read More)ons heeded and requests kept. Planning of the itinerary was perfect and as per my wishes. Hotels provided were alright, food was tasty, hot and hygienically served. Cars were new and in excellent conditions. drivers doubled up as guides and were courteous.
My reservations about J & K prior to my arrival were proved to be totally unfounded. I never felt that I was away from home.
I strongly recommend G R Travels to be the travel partner to one and everyone planning a trip to J & K. I will definitely choose G R Travels in case I plan another trip in the future.

We got in touch with GR Travels through TripCrafters for our trip to kashmir. The trip was very well organized, we had our own vehicle to go around in, with a driver. All the stays that were booked we (Read More)re very comfortable. Special thanks to Ishfaaq Sir, who was our driver. He was very friendly and made us feel at home.
Two things which I felt could have been better during our trip -
1. In Gulmarg the Gondola ride was closed when we were there due to which ended up spending A LOT on the bikes to take us to the top. I felt that GR Travels should have informed us prior to the trip so that we could have considered rescheduling our trip to a date when Gondola rides would be available, and thereby save a lot of money.
2. I was looking to find some unique handicrafts to get home, but didn't find any. Maybe the shopping experience can be improved a bit. We were kind of short on time too, but a better shopping tour can be arranged by knowing the tourist's requirements before-hand.
All-in-all the Kashmir trip went much smoother than we hoped for, and it was a very relaxing one without us having to worry about any arrangements. Thanks to GR Travels for arranging a smooth trip for us, and we'll definitely recommend to any of our friends travelling to Kashmir.

It was well planned and arranged, support from GR team was available during the entire trip, They tried to see the things were OK. Hotels were as per the Deluxe package and as committed , Sight seeing (Read More) was arranged by GR travels, However it depends up on the speed and activeness of individual, to cover all the sight seeing points.Cab driver was well behaved and mature. Entire trip was enjoyable and the trip price were reasonably OK.

It's a very bad experience from this travel I can only write please before you book any trip with this company don't make a payment before the trip otherwise you are definitely going to be in problem (Read More). We had a horrible experience

With due respect, the reason your are writing this review is that you cancelled your trip on 31st march when your arrival was on 1st april i.e. 1 day before the arrival you want (Read More)ed to cancel the trip and wanted a full refund or a rescheduling of the trip to a later date without any charges. We had shared the cancellation policy with you before you made the first payment to us and the fact that you had booked 4 star package made it impossible for us to give you any refund as we were being charged 100% from the hotels and cab vendor. We had received confirmation from all your hotels that 100% cancellation charged would be applied. Inspite of the that, we gave you complimentary 4 rooms in luxury houseboat on 4th April which was not in your package, plus we did a complimentary upgrade of your cab from Tavera to Innova.
We take your feedback positively. However, in case the traveler cancels the trip 1 day before arrival, they will have to pay the cancellation charges and the travel agent has no role to play in it.
