We had a fantastic 5N/6D Meghalaya tour in May, organized by Golden Vacation through Tripcrafters. From the moment we landed till the end of the trip, everything was perfectly managed. The itinerary was thoughtfully designed, covering beautiful destinations like Shillong, Cherrapunjee, Dawki, Mawlynnong, and more. Hotels provided were clean, comfortable, and located in scenic areas. Our driver (Read More)was very professional, friendly, and guided us well throughout the trip. The team at Golden Vacation was always available and responsive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. May was a great time to visit—lush greenery, waterfalls in full flow, and pleasant weather added to the charm. We truly enjoyed every bit of this trip and made unforgettable memories. Only aim is to get money no sightseeing. Amit and Kamal never bother to support . Drivers will always be late and they don't have any control over them.. driver from their end complaint about golden V (Read More)acations and tours Siliguri planning and hotel they allocate. In-between the guest will lose their peace having gone for a vacation .you will feel like misleading royally. Till the time you make your payment they will be good after that they won't bother to hear you out . Beware

I am surprised to see that they are unaware of my refund. I have been chasing Amit and Manoj for the last 3 years !!! 15200 rupees is the refund pending since 3 years. This was a trip taken during (Read More)covid and due to the problems, lots of services like day trip, food etc were not provided . I understood the scenario and accepted when they said that they will refund once things are normal I have all the documents of our conversation. Sharing a few of those. Attaching the booking details also. I cannot share any more details now as instructed by my lawyer Narayanan
