I got their reference from Trip Crafter and was initially sceptical doing any booking through an overseas travel agency but my experience with Golden Footstep (Trang) was beyond exceptional. Their ser (Read More)vice was available round the clock and her patience, politeness and dedication to service is second to none . Although we didn’t do full package booking from them but she didn’t step away from helping us with what we needed, sharing genuine suggestions about what to do and when and made the whole experience great. Not just the travel arrangements but she also helped us get an urgent visa approval letter as I faced bit of issue with my wife’s visa.
It was our anniversary celebration trip, she definitely played a huge role in making sure it’s memorable by arranging free room upgrades, decoration & and a cake for us. I would highly recommend Trang and their service for your Vietnam trip, without a thought, fully reliable service

The services of Golden Footstep Travel is unique in the way they ensure you get your Personalized and special attention at your travel. In my family trip not once but two times they have taken care of (Read More) our stay at best hotels with all the comfort, food was taken care very well as per the requirements. Being from India they even guided with me the best Indian restaurant near me. Right from reaching at airport back to flying again they have been there for every small detail.
The best part about them is entire itinerary is prepared with detail note and gives you heads up to get prepared. For me it was very useful. They actually took care of my daughter very well. With them we felt safe, secure and entire journey was smooth.

Had travelled solo for 5days to Hanoi, Ha Long and Ninh Binh. From the moment I landed at Hanoi airport to the time I reached back airport, Mx Trang had arranged everything nicely and was in regular t (Read More)ouch with updates. Myself at 66 years of age toured to Vietnam along with a school friend. We entered VN from Hanoi and exited from HCMC. Our tour was organized by Ms Trang Nguyen, Golden Footstep. Her relentless suppor (Read More)t from receiving at Hanoi airport after midnight arrival, with early check-in at hotel to late check-out at HCMC hotel resulted in a very successful and cozy tour for us. We visited Nin Bihn, Ha Long bay cruise, Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hill in Hoi An, islands tour in Phu Quoc and finally Mekong Delta tour in HCMC. Ten days tour with six hotels and eighth flights were very exhausting by Ms Trang's customized care and professionalism made it possible with utmost fun and joys. Hope to visit Vietnam as her tourist again.
The weather during this tour was quite okay except for HCMC that was hot and she cautioned us to meet the daily weather conditions throughout.
