We have had an enjoyable week in India following the golden triangle. Our driver guide Pratap was an excellent driver, very polite, punctual and looked after us superbly. We also had brilliant guides (Read More)at each stop and beautiful hotels with friendly, helpful staff. We will definitely use go india guide again and fully recommend it.

• Trip to Ladakh, Kullu, Manali

I would like to thank you for the excellent arrangements made by you for my vacation in Himachal Pradesh. However, I would like to draw your attention to a few points which should be taken care of : (Read More) 1. Outsourcing of travel arrangements - It was observed that my requirements regarding travel arrangements had been diluted by Deepak, the POC mentioned by you, and instruction to the driver were contrary. In fact to give you an example, he had called me at Chandigarh airport while I was checking in and demanded payment for an extra 40 Kms travelled. This, I am not able to understand. 2. All the hotels selected by you and the services rendered by them were good with the exception of Una Comfort Nandini. We had asked for our breakfast to be packed as we were checking out at 6 AM. The food given to us was in an old bread wrapper rather than being packed properly despite us informing them in advance the night before. 3. The rooms at Shingar Hotel, Shimla, are rather small comparatively and I would suggest that you explore the possibility of accommodating guests in other hotels having comparatively better and bigger rooms. Apart from the few points mentioned above, kudos to you and you colleagues for the excellent arrangements and a wonderful trip.

I had booked my honeymoon to Shimla and Manali n was hesitant at first but d way Mr. Shuhul cooperated n handled things was great thus increasing my trust in him..He was quick in responding to my que (Read More)ries n very polite n honest…the hotels provided by him were d best with best food services n rooms..Out of the three hotels in Delhi, Shimla n Manali I have none to complain for...I thank Mr. Shuhul for making my honeymoon trip so special n memorable...n not to forget thanks to him for giving a personal touch to d trip by gifting us a surprise candle light dinner..This shows how interested they are in making our trip so memorable Altogether it was a wonderful memorable cost effective honeymoon for us... • Trip to Kausani

The trip was excellent and so were the travel arrangements. Hotel (Krishna Mount View) at Kausani was great - location wise and service-wise. Minor issues were addressed smoothly. The hotel / stay at (Read More)Binsar could have been better. The trip would have been great but for the weather. It was quiet hot at Kausani (~35C, we were told). The famous Himalayan views were blocked by smoke from the forest fire, which had spread due to no rain in last 2 months or so. Bad luck I would say...
