I have booked two tickets and hotel for stay in goa. But to my surprise the travel agency deducted a huge sum on my cancellation and not provided any details of deduction.

Dear Sir Greetings!!! Before proceeding with the package all the details we shared with you regarding the cancellation. We deduct very less amount otherwise cancelling the trip in last 07 days is very costly , Secondly with our concern we paid for the flight ticket extra for getting the less amount of cancellation in case of cancel. After getting more than 72% of your amount in last 07 days of your trip you start abusing and try to give threats which is not acceptable in any condition.
