Extremely Disappointing Experience with Explore Holidays I booked my daughter’s second birthday trip to Kerala with Explore Holidays (Manjot and Harvinder), and from the very beginning, their careles (Read More)s and unprofessional behavior was evident. We had clearly informed them in advance about my daughter’s birthday and were assured that the hotels would be notified. Although they claimed that an email had been sent, there was absolutely no follow-up, no coordination, and no effort from their side. As a result, we were unable to celebrate my daughter’s special day the way we had planned. To make matters worse, the lowest category rooms were booked at all the hotels. The rooms were smelly and unhygienic, with lizards and mosquitoes — completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with a small child. When we raised these concerns with Harvinder regarding her staff’s negligence, her response was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a simple apology, she blamed us with budget-related excuses and clearly stated that she did not want to speak with us further. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This was meant to be a cherished milestone trip for my daughter but Explore Holidays’ incompetence and unprofessionalism ruined the experience. This is the last time I will ever book with them. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with any special occasion.

"A Horrible Family Experience - Never Again! We booked through ExplotheHolidays for Phuket and Bangkok, and it was a complete disaster. From the start, they demanded full payment upfront. What we got (Read More)was nothing like the original itinerary. We were promised a double bedroom but got small twin beds, making it so hard with the kids. They also said our child's Tiger Park cost was free, but they didn't book it, so we had to pay on the spot. The drivers were constantly late up to two days, blaming traffic, leaving us almost no time to explore. My kids had to sit in the heat because the driver shut off the AC and demanded more money to turn it back on. This company ruined our trip and was unprofessional. Parents, please stay away!"

The itinerary was misleading—on (Read More)e thing promised, but reality was vastly different. I was quoted deluxe double bedrooms, but got twin beds. They assured us child's cost at Tiger Park would be free, but didn't book properly, so I had to pay extra. ​To make it worse, drivers were constantly late up to two days, blaming traffic, and pick-up/drop-off timings were horrible, leaving us barely any time to explore. We had to arrange our own vehicle to get back. Worst of all, when slightly late for pickup, the driver shut off the AC, forcing my family and kids to wait in the scorching sun, and only turned it back on after we paid him more money.
