(Read More) Starting from the warm welcome at the airport , the logistics, accommodations, game drives, meals – every detail was handled with such professionalism and thoughtfulness that all we had to do was immerse ourselves in the magic of Africa. The seamless organization made the journey feel effortless and truly enjoyable. What made this trip stand out was the human touch and personal care shown throughout by the owner of Donwel Tours, Christine. Her and her team's warmth was felt in every interaction. She provided us with her very experienced guide, Elijah who has been in the business for more than 18 years. Eli as we called him , was not only highly knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply passionate about wildlife and the local culture. He brought the Mara to life for us with his stories, insights, and uncanny ability to spot animals from miles away. More than just a guide, he became a friend and a part of our journey. Christine was not only professional but her warmth and personal touch in meticulously handling every details of out trip made us feel so valued and cared for. She treated us not just as clients but her extended family. Her surprise parting gift at the end of the trip made us immensely emotional We can wholeheartedly say that this trip exceeded every expectation. • Trip to Lake Nakuru National Park, Masai Mara National Reserve, Amboseli National Park, Nairobi

From the very beginning, Christine and Judith from Donwel Tours were highly attentive to what we were looking to get from our first ever trip to Kenya, and Africa, for that matter. We wanted to cover a lot of ground, and were going from one agency to another before we found Donwel as most agents couldn't quite squeeze everything we wanted into our itinerary. Judith and Christine however made it al (Read More)l possible. Good quality stays everywhere, regular communication through the trip to ensure we were ok and were getting what we wanted. Special shoutout to Teeman, our driver who absolutely fantastic, drove safely and ensured our safety and comfort throughout the trip, regularly coordinating with Christine. This is an excellent team and we would highly recommend their services.
Everything was perfect.

• Trip to Kenya

The responsiveness of Christine (person overall responsible for arrangements)and knowledge from Evance (our driver and guide for national parks)about national parks was excellent. We stayed and covered Nairobi, Masai, Naivasha and Daini.. All stays and safaris were perfect could not have asked for better.
We chose Van but we think land cruiser would have been a better option especially for being comfortable in muddy terrains.
