At the outset Tour was really enjoyed by all tour members. It was well organised, planned and executed.
Places were amazingly good, stay was comfortable. Drivers and hotel staff were very humble and (Read More)their hospitality was quite good.
I congratulate Diversity Holidays for planning such a wonderful tour.
Only few areas where the agency lagged behind and needs to improve are-
a) Framing itinerary to use time available to optimum level. First day there was no site seeing program after coming to hotel from airport.
b) Agency needs to ensure good food quality while finalizing hotel bookings.
Thank you so much for organising wonderful trip to Thailand and Phuket. We all enjoyed a lot especially kids.
