We craft unique itineraries and exclusive experiences to discover Himalayas with a local touch. We help our customers organizing their entire trip (transfers, unique accommodation, private tours, concierge service…) or only a part of it. The trip was good and I could see everything because of our driver Hitesh. He is so knowledgeable about roads, hotels, markets, weather. I guess this trip would have been incomplete without him.
Stays and food could have been better. I didn't like the Manali stay. It was not a premium hotel and food was also not good. Echor backwoods villa at Narkanda stay was exceptional but again food was not good.

Very disappointing experience with BNS Travel and Arun. Please be careful before booking. I booked a Spiti Valley trip with BNS Travel and made my first payment of ₹9,000 on 28 July. The final travel dates were confirmed on 29 July, with the trip scheduled to start from Shimla on 26 August. From 29 July onwards, I repeatedly asked Arun for a finalized itinerary. The itinerary initially share (Read More)d with me was only a draft/sample with different dates and incorrect/different payment details. I therefore requested an updated itinerary based on my confirmed booking. However, whenever I managed to speak to him, there was always an excuse — he was out, busy with work, etc. On 30 July, Arun told me he was going out for 10 days and would share the details once he returned. On 12 August, I called but received no response. Even by 14 August, I had still not received the finalized itinerary. What happened on 14 August was particularly concerning. Arun sent me a WhatsApp message saying “aapke paise doob gaye” (you have lost your money). Naturally, I panicked because I had already made a payment and still did not have proper trip details. When I called him, he said it was a joke and that he was in the hospital, and again assured me that he would share the details shortly. The trip was due to start from Shimla on 26 August, and I had to leave for Delhi on 25 August to be picked up for Shimla on 26 August. Even on 23 August, I still had not received the finalized itinerary, despite calling him. On 24 August, less than 24 hours before we were supposed to leave, I contacted him again. He said “mil jaega abhi, don't worry” (you will get it now, don't worry). Later, when I called, he said he was working on arrangements for 10 other people and would send it shortly. He also said “aap phone kar rahe mujhe baar baar, refund kar du?” (you are calling me again and again, should I refund you?). At this point, I no longer felt comfortable relying on the arrangements. Since he himself offered a refund, I agreed. Even after this, the itinerary that was eventually sent was incomplete and had issues. There were no hotel details for Manali for the last day, the payment terms mentioned full payment on the day of arrival even though part payments had been discussed earlier, and the bus tickets were not provided either. I was travelling with my family, so having confirmed accommodation, transportation and itinerary details before leaving was extremely important. The repeated delays, poor communication, inappropriate message about my money being lost, and last-minute changes made me extremely uncomfortable and insecure about the trip. Due to this behaviour and the lack of confidence in the arrangements, I had to cancel my trip with BNS Travel at the last minute. Please be very careful if you are planning to deal with Arun. I had checked the reviews before booking and relied on them while making my decision. Based on my experience, I personally have serious doubts about how genuine/reliable those reviews are. I am attaching screenshots of my WhatsApp conversations and other relevant communication along with this review as proof of what I have described above, so that the facts can be verified and there is no scope for denying or misrepresenting what was communicated. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before making any payment or booking a trip with BNS Travel
