Cab and driver.
They mentioned one hotel for 2 days stay and booked some other hotel for those 2 days which didn't like. They lack that transparency and they didn't reduce the price as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience with Aziz Tours during our Sri Lanka trip. Everything was very well organized, from the hotels and transportation to the sightseeing and overall itinerary. We explored some beautiful destinations including Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Mirissa and Bentota. The Ella train journey was one of the highlights of our trip. The breathtaking scenery and peaceful surroundings made it a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. ???️ Our stay at Araliya Green Hills in Nuwara Eliya was excellent, and Moi Ella Bay in Ella was another memorable stay. The pool experience was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan cuisine, which was yummy and full of authentic flavours. ?❤️ We also loved the Mirissa coastal area and its seafood street food. In Bentota, we enjoyed a premium seafood dining experience, which was excellent. ??️ The beautiful beach views at both Mandara Resort in Mirissa and Cinnamon Bey Beruwala made our holiday even more special. ?? Our driver was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the journey. The Aziz Tours team was flexible and made sure everything went smoothly. Thankyou. It was a wonderful experience with Aziz Travels. They arrange the ittenery good. We enjoyed the trip.
The hotel s they chosen was away from the city and in remote area. We could not do any shopping. The time of travel was too much and it was hectic. After that sight seeing was not possible. The transportation should have been in a better car.
