They give us a good service to book hotels and transportation

I had a great experience with this travel service! Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly, and the journey was very comfortable. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for the excellent service!

This agent is very basic and is not a value for money so we did not really enjoy our trip. So did not like anything worthy to mention.
The Driver Mr Prem was very rude and is not fit to be a tourist car driver. He is always after money and took us to places like Gems showroom which we were never interested. Of course the drivers benefit from such visits as they get commission. Aziz travels will never support you during the entire trip pay money and forget it you will be under their mercy.Drivers rule is cannot drive after 7 PM wh (Read More)ich is a big draw back. Also Aziz travel agent booked the hotels in lonely dark city outskirt areas which is never recommended. As a tourist you would like to stay near city / town center. Over all they are not worthy and not professional.

• Trip to Colombo

My dream trip was totally spoilt and to me and the driver is a big scammer The driver did not follow the planned itinerary as a result we ended up travelling by Tuk tuk to some destinations also the driver denied service after 7 pm which is absurd for tourists. Aziz travels don’t care about the tourists problems and only show interest in collecting money.Totally upset with the trip the driver (Read More)always got in to arguments with us.. I would blame holidify.com for suggesting me with such a agent..

All the selected locations are not worthy of money spent

Wasantha guide is very good and quite experienced. We had a nice time with maximum places covered
Too much of on road travelling due to which we lost almost 2 days and the remaining two days became a bit of a rush. Planning could have been a little better
