Trip to Manali, Shimla, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh

Just like the accommodation and driver was good in nature
Nothing else ....Journey was 3rd class, driver dropped us on last before reach to destination and he adjust his duty with his friend who was fully hopeless and 3rd class driver, not even had manners how to talk with customers. We almost spent 14 to 15 hours from Manali to Delhi, it's a very horrible experience. The agent named Shahrukh agreed for all the itinerary on call but refused to provide it (Read More) as saying that we didn't mentioned it on printed copy as we were noy aware of all the locations(and if we know all these locations, why we choose you, we had spent near about 5k extra for that), not even went to all the locations mentioned in itineraries. 0* ratings for this...

Rude people and changed on what they commited Had to pay a lot extra End up booking and taking to the hotels and trasport myself
