- Please note for same day bookings: Regular bookings must be made at least 4 hours before your pick up time. Midnight transfer bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance
- Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May
- Your selected pick up date and time for departure transfers should be at least 2 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

- Toyota Alphard/Vellfire: Maximum of 6 passengers + 4 standard 24in luggage, 5 passengers + 5 standard 24in luggage, or 4 passengers + 6 standard 24in luggage
# Luggage Information:
- Standard luggage size: 24in. Luggage size over 24in will be counted as 2 pieces
- Pets cannot be accommodated
- Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags will be counted as 4 pieces
