- Transportation: Private vehicle for sightseeing and transfers, not for disposal.
- Transfers: Hotel/Railway station/Airport.

- All fees related to driver allowance, tolls, parking, and transport taxes.
- The quoted price is applicable to Indian nationals only.
- Any travel or medical insurance.
- Costs related to airfare, train fare, and insurance premiums.

- 31 days or more prior to departure: ₹1500 per person service fee will be charged in addition to any cancellation charges.
- 30-25 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
- 24-19 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
- 18-11 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
- 10 days or no show: 100% of the total tour cost.
- Please be aware that the cancellation policy applies to the entire tour cost, not just the partial amount paid.
- These rules will be enforced even in cases of flight/train cancellations.
- While we will make every effort to negotiate with hotels/cabs to reduce these charges, the outcome will depend on the policies of the respective hotels/cabs.
