  • All fees related to driver allowance, tolls, parking, and transport taxes.
  • The quoted price is applicable to Indian nationals only.
  • Any travel or medical insurance.
  • Costs related to airfare, train fare, and insurance premiums.
  • Expenses for services requested on a personal basis.
  • Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, and similar items.
  • Fees for cameras, entry to specific locations, guides, and room heaters.
  • Activities including jeep and elephant safaris, toy train rides, river rafting, paragliding, and more.

  • 31 days or more prior to departure: ₹1500 per person service fee will be charged in addition to any cancellation charges.
  • 30-25 days prior to departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
  • 24-19 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • 18-11 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
  • 10 days or no show: 100% of the total tour cost.
  • Please be aware that the cancellation policy applies to the entire tour cost, not just the partial amount paid.
  • These rules will be enforced even in cases of flight/train cancellations.
  • While we will make every effort to negotiate with hotels/cabs to reduce these charges, the outcome will depend on the policies of the respective hotels/cabs.

When I was given a tour enquiry to the DreamFly, I received a call from DreamFly, a woman voice so gently and motherly tone i.e Mamatha Madam. Fascinated by the way of approach of Mamatha Sister (because I am a Senior Citizen) I have confirmed our family tour with DreamFly as the tour cost has been chalked out so cost concept manner.
