• Documents Required & Entry Formalities for Sikkim & Darjeeling
• Six passport-sized photographs of each traveler with their name, age, and gender written behind each photo.
• Original and photocopy of a valid photo ID such as Passport, Election ID, Driving License, or any government-issued document with a photo, name, and address.
• Aadhar Cards & PAN Cards are not accepted for Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
• For children below 18 years without a passport, a school/college ID along with a photocopy and original birth certificate (in English) is required.
• Original OCI/PIO cards must be carried along with the passport for entry.

Amendment Policy

• Any amendment to a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation.
• Minor amendments can be made with a fee of INR 5000 plus actual costs incurred.

Payment Policy

• 40% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
• 30% of the amount is required after receiving the confirmation voucher.
• The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival.
• Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
• Arrival details such as flight/train number must be shared for proper scheduling.

• Cancellation requests must be sent via mail or fax.
• From the date of booking, 40% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 30-15 days prior to departure, 60% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 14-01 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of weather conditions, government restrictions, or COVID-related cancellations, alternate arrangements will be made, but no refunds will be provided.
• The team will make every effort to minimize cancellation charges.
• The company reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on service type and travel date.
• During peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, or festivals, full payment may be required for confirmed bookings, which will be non-refundable.
