  • Documents Required & Entry Formalities for Sikkim & Darjeeling
  • Six passport-sized photographs of each traveler with their name, age, and gender written behind each photo.
  • Original and photocopy of a valid photo ID such as Passport, Election ID, Driving License, or any government-issued document with a photo, name, and address.
  • Aadhar Cards & PAN Cards are not accepted for Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
  • For children below 18 years without a passport, a school/college ID along with a photocopy and original birth certificate (in English) is required.
  • Original OCI/PIO cards must be carried along with the passport for entry.
Amendment Policy
  • Any amendment to a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation.
  • Minor amendments can be made with a fee of INR 5000 plus actual costs incurred.
Payment Policy
  • 40% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
  • 30% of the amount is required after receiving the confirmation voucher.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival.
  • Payments made via credit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
  • Arrival details such as flight/train number must be shared for proper scheduling.

What's Good: Nine nights and ten days tour was organised by Ask adventure tours for we the 65 years plus senior citizen couple. We covered three nights at Gangtok, two nights at Peling, four ni (Read More)ghts at Darjeeling and one night at Kalimpong. We also covered Mirik day tour from Darjeeling. Even we enjoyed steam joy ride train at Darjeeling. From Gangtok we Even enjoyed Natu la pass. Beautiful itinerary was made, organised and facilitated. Hotel stays were decent and transport was well arranged. The trip became a memorable one with full value of money

What's Good: Followup by tour operator was good. Hotel accommodation was also good and comfortable
What's Not Good: Did not provide vehicle as promised but charged for the same extra (Read More)for Nathula pass which caused lot of discomfort to us since all 4 of us are senior citizens . On other days vehicles provided were in good condition and no issue with them

Please do not use this company. They are very careless and their cab service is terrible. The drivers are very very irresponsible. They will never reach in time. They will leave you in remote location (Read More)s without any pickup arrangements. If you are traveling with children or senior citizens, then please do not use Ask Adventure. It will be.a big mistake and you will regret it.

At the outset let me thank Mr Shubham Gupta of Ask Adventures for planning and executing the wonderful Bhutan tour . We reached Bagdogra Airport on 22nd Nov 2022. We were offered a grand welcome by M (Read More)r Shubham. On way to Jaigaon we enjoyed the scenic beauty of Bengal. Spent the evening at Jaigaon. 23rd Nov the real tour of Bhutan started. The vehicle ....Toyota Hiace was waiting for us. The tour guide was Mr Kinley..who not only was our guide but thought to be our own family member. He has thorough knowledge of the historical monuments in the Kingdom of Bhutan. During our tour we visited Monasteries , mountains, Palaces and needless to mention " the sacred Tiger Nest. The places we visited were mainly Thimphu, Punakha and Paro. Bhutan is the best place to live with. People are courteous, soft spoken and always willing to help. All the hotels were excellent . The food quality was exceptionally good. We relished the Vegetarian Bhutanese food. We have really enjoyed our 10 days trip to Bhutan planned and executed very well by Mr Shubham Gupta of Ask Adventures. He and his team deserves our best wishes for his future endeavors.
