Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 NJP/Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok (110 kms / 5 hours approx.)
On arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our driver who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok. On arrival, check into the hotel and enjoy the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
Start the day with a lavish breakfast and get ready for an invigorating full-day excursion tour of Gangtok. First, visit the Tsomgo Lake and soak in the sheer beauty of this water body surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Next, seek blessings at the holy Baba Harbhajan Mandir. It is believed that the spirit of the late soldier wanders here every night guarding the borders. Nathula Pass can be added (at an additional cost of ₹4000). Toward the end of the day, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Transfer from Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla
After breakfast, start your journey to Pelling. En route, visit Ravangla, famous for Buddha Park and its natural environment. In the evening, check in to the Pelling hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Full-Day Sightseeing in Pelling
After breakfast, visit Kanchenjunga Waterfalls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopalri Lake, Ruins of Rabdentse, Bird Sanctuary, Orange Garden, Rimbi Waterfall, and Skywalk. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5 Transfer to Darjeeling
After breakfast, pack your bags and complete the check-out formalities. During your journey to Darjeeling, you will visit some wonderful viewpoints. On arrival, check in to the Darjeeling hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early morning, witness the sunrise at Tiger Hill. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for sightseeing in Darjeeling, including visits to the Japanese Temple, Tenzing Norgay Climbing Point, Bhutia Busty Monastery, Tea Garden Estate (view from outside), Ropeway, and Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (closed on Thursday). Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 Darjeeling to NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport
After breakfast, your journey concludes. Board your onward destination vehicle to IXB/NJP.

- Accommodation: 01 Room on Double Occupancy Basis.
- Exclusive Non-A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing on a private basis.
- Vehicle: WagonR, Dzire.
- The vehicle will not be at your disposal. It will only be available to guests per the itinerary (point-to-point basis).
- All permit fees and taxes (as per itinerary).
- Rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
- Toll, fuel, parking, driver's daily allowance, and night holding charges.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy rides (Toy Train), porterage.
- Any airfare or land fare.
- Additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage beyond the itinerary.
- Entrance fees & guide charges.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to increased costs in surface transportation and land arrangements (effective prior to departure).

Refund Policy
- We need the following details to process your booking:
- Guest name & contact number.
- Naming list with gender & age.
- Arrival/departure details.
- Copies of hotel vouchers (provided within 4-6 working days after confirming the package).
- Original valid ID proof and four photocopies of each person.
- Note: Valid ID proof includes Voter ID / Passport / Driving License. PAN Cards & Aadhar Cards are not acceptable. For children below 18 years, bring an Aadhar or Birth Certificate.
- 4 passport-sized photographs of each person.
- The remaining amount will be paid on arrival (Cash/NEFT/DD). Note: Cheques will not be accepted.
- Essentials: Carry basic personal items, including feather jackets & heavy woolens during winter, light woolens during summer, walking boots, rainproof jackets during monsoon, torches, spare batteries, water flasks, cold cream, personal medicines & sunglasses.
- Guests visiting Lachen and Lachung should bring heavy woolen as these areas remain cold throughout the year.
- 40% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advance payment.
- The remaining payment must be cleared upon arrival, either at our office or with our representatives at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Payments can be made in cash or demand draft drawn in favor of Make My Holiday Siliguri. Cheques are not acceptable. For credit card payments, an additional 3% charge applies.
- Please share your arrival details (train/flight number) so that we can plan the schedule accordingly.
- Due to limited car parking space in the Sikkim & Darjeeling region, guests must wait in the hotel lobby for the vehicle to start sightseeing/transfers.
- Vehicles will change sector-wise; the same vehicle will not be provided for the entire tour.
- If a tourist spot is closed on the scheduled day, visiting it on another day will incur extra vehicle charges.
- Kindly maintain the sightseeing/transfers schedule advised by our executive.
- The itinerary is a suggested tour plan. The company is responsible only for charged services. Any unpaid suggested services are not the company’s responsibility.
- Check-in and check-out timings will be per the respective hotel’s schedule.
- The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the tour.
- Claims related to the package must be brought to the company’s notice within a week.
- No refund will be made for unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service.
- Room allocation depends on hotel availability at check-in. No refund will be given if hotel services do not meet expectations.
- Any cost arising from natural calamities, road blockages, or political disturbances must be borne by the guest (payable on the spot).
- Amendments to the booked tour will be treated as cancellations. Minor amendments may incur a communication charge, varying case by case.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment source. Processing may take at least 15 days and will be issued via account payee cheque.
- No refund will be made for unused services, regardless of the reason.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE – Rude Staff, Harassment, and Zero Accountability!
I am writing this to warn everyone: STAY AWAY from Make My Holiday (MMH). This was the most stressful and insulting trip of my life.
From the moment we arrived in Darjeeling, the nightmare began. Our assigned driver was incredibly rude and arrogant. Despite the terrible start, we followed Ms. Subhanker’s instructions and re (Read More)leased a payment of Rs. 40,000 to the hotel, trusting the agency would fix the travel issues. They did not. The driver refused to drop us at specified locations, making up excuses at every turn. At the Zoological Park, where vehicles are permitted, he forced us to hike the entire way with small babies and refused to even come for the pickup.
The third and fourth days were even worse. The drivers were uncommunicative and behaved like they were doing us a favor. We had a diabetic patient with us who required frequent washroom breaks; the driver ignored these medical needs and refused to stop. Instead, they only stopped at specific locations where they had "tie-ups" to get free food for themselves at our expense.
To make matters worse, our stay in Pelling for the last two days was disgusting. The rooms were stinking and the quality of the stay was sub-par. When we contacted the agency for help, they completely ignored us.
The absolute breaking point was the owner, Shubanker’s, response. When I tried to voice our pain and frustration, he was dismissive and insulting. He literally said: "We have seen all of this many times, guests always do this kind of things. We know how to take money from guests."
I am shocked by this level of unprofessionalism and predatory behaviour. They do not care about your safety, your health, or your family; they only care about your money. Save yourself the trauma and NEVER book with Make My Holiday.
