Ganesh Bigrah Temple, Sualkuchi Overview
Ganesh Bigrah is an ancient temple which is believed to be established in 11th century by king Ratnapal. Situated near Ghatia Hills, this temple houses a very majestic stone sculptured idol of Lord Ganesha along with the stone idol of Har-Gouri and a Shivalinga.
One can also witness a copper idol of Lord Krishna of a height of about 10 inches. Bedi of Manasha Puja also exists in front of the temple. The place is in complete festive mood during the days of Sankranti of Saon and Bhada.
