Stockholm is host to Nobel prize ceremonies and banquets every year, so it is only justified to have a museum dedicated to the history of the Nobel prize, it's founder and the Nobel Laureates over the years.
The Nobel museum was established with the sole purpose of spreading knowledge and information relating to the prize, and the great ideologies of those who have won the prize, in hopes of engineering the minds of today to something greater. Based in the old Stock Exchange Building in Gamla Stan, it has documented all the winners since 1901. It has within it a museum shop, a cafe called the Bistro Nobel, and screens inspirational short films and documentaries on the lives of the Nobel Laureates.
