Losar Spiti, Spiti Valley Overview

The winter months can be extremely cold in this region, so the ideal time to visit this place is between June and September. The temperatures during this time are comfortable for outdoor activities. Most roads are accessible and open during the summer months as well and shut down during winter due to heavy snow.

Kaza is the nearest city to Losar. It is situated at a distance of 56 km and takes around 2 hours to reach the destination. You can either hire a taxi or even take a public bus to Losar.
