Siddheshwara Dham, South Sikkim Overview
Siddheshwara Dham crowns Solophok Hill above Namchi with a 108-foot statue of Shiva, visible for kilometres across the valley below. Also known as Char Dham, the complex recreates all four of India's great pilgrimage shrines (Badrinath, Dwarka, Puri and Rameswaram) in miniature around the central statue, letting pilgrims complete a version of the full circuit in a single visit. It's become one of South Sikkim's most-visited religious sites, as striking for its scale as for its symbolism.
It also has a 108 ft statue of Lord Shiva. There are replicas of the 12 jyotirlingas as well in this area. A temple for Sai Baba and a statue of Kirateshvar Mahadev is also built here. Tourists can also avail the accommodation facility here at Yatri Niwas.
