Al Nahda Park, Riyadh Overview

Al Nahda Park of Riyadh is the longest park in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the best spot for families and friends to unwind and an ideal place for exercising, jogging or cycling. The park’s name was inspired by 18th-century reformer Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab.

Since it’s very extensive, it is best recommended to visit in the mornings or evenings so that one can explore the entire park without the worry of the sun’s heat. Al Nahda’s flora is quite a popular attraction as there are garden tours available in the park. A semi busy street crossing cuts through Al Nahda at Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz Road so the people usually stay around at the north or south of the park. On special occasions like National Saudi Day, fireworks can be seen from the park as well.
