I like the service ,hotel accommodation ,communication with travel agent, immedi (Read More)ate reply on phone call.
Only 35% sightseeing iwas covered where as package includes so many sightseeing. (Read More) Also the last day while arriving at hotel there was no booking. So we have wasted 2 to 2.5 hours then again have to follow up and they provided altrrnate hotel with upgraded accomodation to compensate. So they should follow up with hotel in davmce whether booking is confirmed or not to avoid last minute hectic. Otherwise overall experience is good.

I booked this holiday mainly because of the respect and humbleness of Mr.Arjun who gave proper response during booking confirmation. Considering we had 7 kids travelling with 4 couples, the stay was far from the m (Read More)ain centre leading to too much of traveling. It was exhausting. Additionally, we had to keep coordinating with the driver for the itinerary and the vehicle provided wasn't superior. Overall it wasn't value for money since we spent close to 65k per couple for 3 days in Coorg
